Clean, friendly staff, well-located, comforatable.

We had a great stay at the Hilton Gardem Cupertino. Couldn't ask for more. Don't know why they only have a three star rating.

Very good room for the price especially. Handy location. Very good breakfast.. waffles etc. but costs extra and worth it.

This is a good hotel for business travelers with free wifi in the rooms making it easy to get work done, but as parents with a toddler we were even more impressed by the staff at the hotel who went above and beyond to meet our additional needs. The rooms were well kept, a crib was delivered within minutes of our arrival, the hotel was busy but rooms […] remained quiet, we were never bothered by the cleaning staff but we came home daily to a fresh room, and stickers and friendly attention were lavished on our active toddler whenever we entered the lobby. The hotel has a nice but small outdoor pool and fitness room, a convenient business center and friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was outstanding with a spacious room, large desk, refrigerator, microwave, kingsize bed. The personnel at the front desk were very friendly and gave good suggestions for places to eat. The hotel is well located near high tech businesses and a shopping center with many stores specializing in Chinese products and food.

a great hotel in a great area. Immediate access to highway 280 to San Francisco (north), easy walking distance from the Chinese shopping center, Cupertino Village, with many Asian restaurants, also has a good Starbucks nearby.

We had a great time at this Hilton . Clean room, great room service. Food was fantastic, both from the kitchen at ten at night, as well as at breakfast the next morning. My boys had a event to attend in downtown San Jose but I chose this hotel to stay away from the crowd in town. I wasn't disappointed. Nothing negative to say about hotel everything worked out fine. Large Asian plaza within walking distance with many restaurants. Easy access to freeway and area is clean and safe. I found this out half way though our […] stay because i didn't read the information usage leaflet on nightstand but you can adjust the firmness of the bed on your side according to you liking. Everything smelled clean when coming into the room, Everything was as it should be. Couldnt beat the price and it was close to where we were going. Starbucks is walking distance. It was a perfect night stay. The only thing I would say was the breakfast buffet was pretty pricey. But Starbucks is close!

We checked in at midnight...the guest service was very friendly...We pushed the two queen size bed together..under the bed was very cleaned...beds were very comfty...Very satisified for a three star hotels...definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We arrived at 12:30 am only to find the bathroom didnt have soap. We went to get some from front desk. We returned to realize the sink was dirty and a towel was hanging on the door - and realized the bathroom had never been cleaned. We were too exhausted to go back downstairs. Saw the reviews on line and figured for the price we would give it a shot. Good location. We didn't spend much time in the hotel itself as we were their for a cheer competition. The beds were great. Liked the adjustable bed settings. Clean room. Very helpful, friendly staff. The free buffet breakfest was great for our family of 4. Food was good and […] we had plenty of selection choices to eat. Only complaint was that our toilet backed up at 6am when we awoke. Called maintenence and they came very quicky, but left us a plunger to plung our our tolilet. The staff was friendly and the buffet breakfast was good. The room was clean and I love that the duvet was white with white sheets. Would stay there again.

We had an advertised special price for the holidays. It was clean and there was fresh Starbuck's coffee in the lobby everyday we were there. We were there for the holidays. However, probably would not recommend it for business travel as their PC printer was incredibly slow. I was waiting for my print job, which wasn't completed until after 2 gentlemen […] used the Mac to print out their 2 boarding passes on United. My brother and I shared a room while visiting for a family reunioun. The hotel's location was very convenient. While we did not spend a lot of time at the hotel, we found it very comfortable. The rooms were spaceous and clean. The beds were great! The staff was friendly. And, my brother appreciated the free Wi-Fi.

We needed a hotel for a single night, and didn't need any frills or special features -- just a nice room at a nice hotel. And that's what we found here. Better yet, we got what I consider to be good deal on the room. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We were on the fourth floor, and there was no noise. The only minor complaint is […] that in our room, which apparently was an 'accessible' room, the shower head is rather low (for me, I' m 5-11). But as I said, that's minor. The hotel looks clean and neat.. but the beds are totally uncomfortable. The Air Conditioner stopped working couple of times during the night,, It costed my sleep and have to drive all the way back to LA with Sore eyes and headache

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel service was excellent. We will definitely be staying there again.

The elevator and room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Great hotel. Plenty of places to eat near by. Close to freeway. I was suprised to find that the hotel offered free wi-fi service unlike several other hotels which require a fee. I would stay here again.

hotel was great , the only complaint i had was that they did not have an airport shuttle on sunday morning and i had to pay and additional 40 to get a cab.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location right at the heart of restaurants, shopping, theater, offices and major freeway. Very comfortable beds, and well maintained hotel facilities. However, the maid did not clean my room and I have to contact the housekeeper in the evening to empty my trash and provide me few clean towels.

My family and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Cupertino over the weekend. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The room had several extras I didn't expect including a flat screen T.V., fridge, and a cabnet for food. I will certainly stay at this hotel again. It was very nice. My only complaint is that I reserved this hotel […] room through motel.com and when I stayed at the motel, I later looked at my bank statement and realized I was double charged, once by motel.com and the other by the motel I was actually staying in. Nicely decorated, very clean, very comfortable hotel staffed with very friendly people. Great breakfast options in the morning but comes at a bit of a cost. Overall, this was a great place to stay.
