We liked the hotel, the services was wonderful, breakfast was great..the restroom was updated...the hotel was very clean. The bed was very old, tired and not comfy at all. The towels were very old, cheep and when we requested something extra before our check in, that request was not done. The staff at this hotel is outstanding. Obvious attention to detail. They are genuinely friendly yet professional. The staff is very responsive. The lady that takes care of the breakfast buffet bar is superb; and the maid staff is very thorough. It was good. The place is clean, looks safe and not far from good restaurants. The hotel should consider adding a coffee shop in the premises. "need to reduce prices while remodeling"
We stayed here late (9 PM) on a Friday got the last parking space. They are in process of a large remodeling project in lobby; it was torn apart. Our room was recently remodeled and it looked very modern. But, they neglected to replace a very cracked sink. Imagine the bacteria growing in the cracks! They also left the original air conditioning unit […] and it ran and ran. The room was cool, but we couldn't turn off the noisy fan. The linens and pillows on the king bed were great, but the blanket for the pullout was thin and overly worn. We also could not close the drapes and the parking lot lights were very bright. After a long drive, this was not a great stay. The breakfast buffet costs $9 per person- I didn't know this before booking. The "friendly" staff was young, pretentious, and insincere.
