The whole hotel smells like mold. The AC in the room is centralized and it is a 67 degree, so we froze through the night. The staff was very nice but they told me over the phone that I could have a fridge in the room for $5 a day, but when I got there, they ay they don't have any room with the fridge. Did not enjoy it at all because the sheets were dirty, rooms too small, no microwave or refrigerator, no Ironing boarding, and parking was terrible. Would not dare recommend or stay at this hotel again. Thanks but no thanks.

A little expensive for what you get, but it is Miami I guess. I was stuck overnight due to fl cancellation, they had great service with free airport shuttle. They do have a little nightclub in the hotel which is pretty loud.

For the amount that I paid - could have gone to other better places. Bath tubs showed signs of aging. Tiny rooms. Room's windows face a busy street. Constant vehicle noise inspite of closed windows. It was the ugliest hotel I've stayed, well in fact I didnt stayed I decided to pick up my stuff one hour afetr my check in and leave them. Great location for overnight from MIA Staff helpful and pleasant. old t.v.s need upgrading and better channels. Would recommend it for a short stay between planes. Most rooms very quite and well of the road.

Let me start off with the good things. The staff was very friendly... Now on to the bad stuff. After checking in we went to our room and as we opened the door were slapped in the face with a smell of bleach which was immediately meant I could not stay there as my son who is 2 was with me. Went to the front desk who had just told the woman in front of me there was no way they could change rooms as they were completely booked. As I approached and explained my situation they immediately switched me. New room more closely appeared as the one in the pictures. My son had to run around in the room and took off his shoes. Within 2 minutes he tried to get on the bed and we saw his feet they were nearly completely black. Truly disgusting. The vent in our bathroom seemed to be adjoined to a smoking room because the first night our bathroom smelled of cigarettes. The staff seemed nice enough and the linens were fine. the best part is location and hourly van to the airport. Not on the approach path so no jet noise. remote for TV did not work. and air-conditoner was so noisy I unplugged it and opened the window.

Overall appearance was underwhelming. Service was bad and delivered unskilled and unprofessionally. Room seemed dirty and seedy enough I didn't feel like taking off my clothes to go to bed. Only two good things we good flat screen TV with manychannels and comfortable bed all-be-it with dirty stained bedsheets.

The front desk was very friendly. The room was spartan and the maintenance was minimal. Bed and bathroom were very clean. We had a room in the main building but I looked in the rooms out back (unoccupied ones-- I'm not peeping) and they were much nicer. Very basic accommodations (at least in the front building) and the street is a bit noisy but overall much better than I expected. The free ride to the cruise port in the morning was well organized and efficient. Would stay here again for a pre-cruise place to crash. The staff is professional and efficient, but I got a smoking room, it was choking. I could not be changed to a non smoking room because the hotel was full. They have a great bar and good restaurant on site. I was far from impressed by the room due to the residual smell of cigarettes.
