"quite satisfactory"
great location near 75 expwy in north dallas area....clean rooms, good bathroom, great view of central courtyard......only negative was noise from hallway and adjacent rooms.....maybe walls not soundproofed enough.....would stay there again

The hotel was very easy to find. It was very clean. My only complaint was the thin walls, which is a common problem with most hotels. Easy and quick check in and out. Great value for the rate we paid.

Of was a nice room for a small stay vacation witin the city. I like the non_intrudtions of the room. But I didnt like the thin walls where I could here the belligerence of the other occupants.

We Travel all the time, even close to home for getaways, This Hotel is clean, I can bring the kids. It was safe, and there are a several resturants with in reasonable range, 5 minutes.

The hotel almost reminded me of a nursing home/horror movie...the toilet was continually running and curtains had spots on it...Wow, I don't plan on staying here ever again...

We were very pleased with everything including the employees, cleanliness and comfort of the room and nearness to the Texas Half Marathon at Whiterock Lake. The price was very reasonable. We plan to stay there again next year.

Staff was friendly and the area was nice and clean. Restaurants were in close vicinity of hotel and close to where I needed to be. I would definitely recommend this Courtyard to others.

The rate was excellent, the hotel was easy to find off US75/Dallas Central Expressway; easy on the next morning. We arrived late at night, encountered courteous and efficient service, found the rooms very satisfactory. Breakfast the next morning was good, the hostess very friendly and helpful. We'll do it again when in Dallas.

room is spacious and clean, located in a quiet area and very close to a freeway, good service, and very affordable price.

This hotel is perfect for any travelers with limited budget. It is very comfortable. The location is also very good with a CVS just beside. It is close to everything in the city. The only bad experience is some of the guests were very noisy in the isle for some while.
Easy access, great help. The only con was the bath tile could have used more elbow grease. I will stay there again when visiting in the area.

we missed our exit to the hotel, there wasn't really much around it but some empty business buildings, kinda dead area. beds were comfortable, AC didnt work real good. I was kinda worried about our car in the parking lot because of the signs that were posted...wondered if they had issues with car break ins? Great hotel and stay. Beautiful place and very comfortable room...the only things were the shower didn't drain so I was standing in still water as I showered and I was charged for water that looked like it was complimentary. We stayed my aunt and my cousin all 3 of us were very comfortable and loved the balcony overseeing the pool even though we couldn't go in. Great location Waffle House walking distance and a CVS pharmacy les than a block away
