Check in was a breeze. Staff was courteous. Overall hotel felt dingy...was not fresh, just felt kinda blah. We had a king suite, with pull out couch. Trash and a few toys underneath pullout couch. Plenty of towels. TVs had several channels. Pool was small but didn't use. Overall it was perfect for our one night stay and location was block from where […] we were needed to be. We will however stay somewhere else when we return. Breakfast had fresh made pancake machine, cinnamon buns, various cereals, premade eggs (didn't eat), muffins and bagels/toast. We felt breakfast made up for the rest of the stay. However when we were leaving it appeared that a couple gentlemen that came in the side door were homeless and going straight for the breakfast. Facility is OK. Employees could use a dose of guest friendliness (not bad, just not welcoming). Everything was really average. I might come back, but I would review other options more closely this time.

First of all I booked the room with double beds and when I got there they had changed my booking to a king without even calling to notify me that they had ran out of doubles. They did not tell me when I checked in at the front desk, they just gave me my room key.When I got to the room that is when I found out they had switched my reservation I thought […] I was in the wrong room so I called the front desk and then I was told about the change. The room they gave us was right across from the elevator so we had to listen to the ding and the noise every time someone got on or off. "Nice Travel Hotel"
The hotel rooms are very clean. Free Internet, Breakfast, and happy hour. Cheddars restaurant is right next door. Close to 635 and 75 so convenient to get around. Not too much else around hotel within walking distance. Bed was a little hard. Otherwise great stay for the money!

We love being able to walk to Ibex for the best dinner in Dallas!!!! For us, being close to the soccer fields at Richland Collage is great, plus having all the other restaurant options nearby is wonderful!! "Comfortable stay"
This is my second visit to the hotel in as many months. I chose it for proximity to the Presby hospital without having to get on the Expressway and there are 3 restaurants located in the parking lot. The hotel itself has been updated to some extent, however could use some work. The closet in my room was missing a door, the TV was an older model, and […] the shower head was detached from the wall. Besides that, the room was fresh, clean, the beds were comfortable and hotel was quiet. My room also had a microwave and mini fridge which was appreciated. Excellent location! Next door to lots of good restaurants and right off of 635 & 75. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Overall, extremely happy with my stay and would go there again! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

this place is really nice, better than any other Holiday inn I have stayed. Great value. I was very happy I chosed this place. The only thing it can be improved is the smell of the room the moment you walk in. But it's not that bad as you will get used to it after a few minutes.

The hotel was very accomodating since we were there during the OU-UT weekend. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Four national restraunts were within walking distance of the hotel which made it very convenient. Bed was very comfortable and the pillow were not the ordinary crumbled foam. Would recommend to anyone.

My friend and I stayed in this hotel for one night. It is very simple to get to off and on Central Expressway, however there wasn't a prominent sign. Mapquest directions were kind of confusing! When you take Exit 18 A off of 635 E it is immediately on your right next to Cheddars on the corner of Lyndon B. Johnson and Greenville. Overall, this felt […] like a pretty safe area, and it was easy to get around! The pool/hot tub area has nice deck chairs outside and is really relaxing at night. The hotel was clean, free convenient parking, free wireless internet, washer and dryer machines on the first floor, microwave and fridge in room, nice comfortable beds, 2 sinks, big tv, and nice bathrooms.
