Worst hotel I have stayed in for a long time

We were quite disappointed to stay here during the refurbishment activity. the car park was non existant causing patrons to have to walk a fair distance to the nearest carpark which was privately owned which was quite expensive. there was no subsidy offered from the hotel for this. One of the 2 lifts within the hotel was left in operation after hours […] with maintenance equipment left inside. the lift was an absolute mess and should have been switched off until it was completely refurbished. Great hotel in a great location, I'll deffinately be going back there always.

I only stayed one night the room was very nice, Staff very friendly and helpful the restaurant had a very good menu. Also Hotel close to C B D.

The hotel is under necessary refurbishing which makes it noisy and dirty. Once finished it should be a great choice! The hotel is located excellently if you are looking to do sightseeing and shopping. Front desk staff very friendly.

In the first room the shower taps was unclosable I moved in another room which was back at the hotel noisy because the goods delivery with tracks and rubbish collection! Small old Tv after swich 5 minutes waiting time ! The carpets dirty full with different stains the wall with red wine or sort of.. The showers corners both of the rooms was mould

Friendly, helpful staff, good restaurant, good food. Excellent location, clean hotel and comfortable.

100 AUD deposit. Otherwise good.

The price was reasonable. The staff were so kind and helpful. Location is very strategic. Highly recommended.

Great service, hotel ideally positioned in the centre of the City. The roo was small but comfortabl enough for a 3 star. The bed mattress was at the end of its life,tendacy to roll you to the right hand side - it was sagging badly. wasn't expecting to be asked for a $100 deposit on top of the room payment. As a Disability Pensioner you very rarely if ever have $100 extra to spare.

The hotel had everything you would need for a shopping trip. Great location.

Great location, clean, simple rooms, restaurant and bar adjacent is good. Staff were welcoming especially the new girl (short girl with glasses!). Over-all good value for money!

I found the room comfortable enough for a short stay however the toilt pan is not fixed to the floor and rocks from side to side and there was a large amount of mould in the show recess room 611

Room was small but ok, bed is only double size so lucky I was on my own. Disappointed that there is no desk and comfortable chair so working in room was very uncomfortable. Good bathroom and shower.

Room was clean and tidy. Reception staff were very polite and keen to help. The batteries in the remote to the TV ran out of juice as I was flicking channels - The reception was very quick in attending with fresh batteries... stuck on the Super Nanny progamme - yuck!!! Everything was no trouble. The soap holder could have done with replacing though, […] with a little bit of soap residue. Fresh sheets and towels everyday was lovely. The air conditioning didnt work, we were so hot the whole night. I was incredibly thirsty around 2 am, and there was no water in the fridge. So i had to drink from the sink tap. Someone had set an alarm on the alarm clock for 6 am so when we woke up, we were half asleep and just tapped the clock but it didnt turn it off, it turned out to be a snooze […] button so it woke us up again and again after that cause we just pressed the same button. we fixed it after the third time it went off, but we couldnt get back to sleep so we just left. Room small but adequate for a 2 day stay. Airconditioning nice and cool. TV large and clear. Beds comfortable. Unit tidy but soap holder in shower had not been cleaned, found on the floor ,an empty water bottle, 2 scraps of paper and a feather - all around the twin beds, the plug in vanity didn't fit, so hot water (for shave) kept running out. Most […] of the windows, above the aircnditioners are opened a bit and this lets in the traffic noise(and of course costs more for the hotel to run the electricity). I would only recomend this hotel for the location. It is 2 minute walk to Royal Perth Hospital and shopping. Overall it is o.k.

First of all, let me say, you can't beat the location of this hotel. It is a very short walk to the main shopping area of Perth which has more restaurants than I've ever seen, including a grocery store. Also, if you are a business man, your walk to the downtown (city centre) sky scrapers in Perth are a short walk as well. Now as far as the room itself, […] it is very descent. My room was very clean and modern. They even had a nice big LCD widscreen TV in my room for me to watch cable programming. My room smelled fresh and clean. My only complaint is there was some noise at night that kept me awake at first, but it was not the hotels fault. There was construction going on very late at night accross the street from the hotel. The construction site was a sky scraper being built. Also you can hear regular road traffic noise, but at night the traffic is very light. The construction noise was not heard every night. It wasn't that loud, but can be heard. To help mask the noise, I simply ran the airconditioner/heater in my room and that helped a lot. Also make sure your window is latched closed just above the airconditining unit. Mine was opened at first. The hotel has a nice big restaurant and bar, but is filled with wild teenage party goers on Friday and Saturday nights. They were noisy but could not be heard from my room at all. The bed I slept in was comfortable and big. It was about medium firmness. The pillow was soft and fluffy. Over all, I highly recommend this hotel to stay in. I would probably more than likely go back to that hotel if I ever get another chance to visit Perth again. I love Perth. Ďalšie informácie

this hotel was rated three and a half stars so we though we were safe. Felt like we were staying in a homeless shelter and we had paid dearly for the priveledge. There were two twin beds and they were different sizes, you got the tv control when you checked in. The desk in the room was built in and old and worn the telephone was hooked to the build […] in lamp with a cable. The airconditioner had two setting on or off it was either to hot or to cold. We only stayed because we had prepaid and were only going to be there one night and the sheets and towels were clean. Good and convenient location, near train station and very near to the CBD, facilities good, good restaurant in the hotel and nearby, parking facilities a/v. Efficient and caring staff both at night and day. Excellent service

ｾｰﾌﾃｨﾎﾞｯｸｽが一時稼働しなくなったﾊﾌﾟﾆﾝｸﾞはありましたが、直ぐに対応して頂きました。ﾎﾃﾙの方も親切で快適に過ごす事が出来ました。何より、立地条件が良く、市内でしたら何処へでも歩いて行く事が出来き便利でした。

Aarons Hotel er ganske genialt med tanke på plassering midt i Murray street i sentrum. Kort vei til offentlig kommunikasjon som gjør at man kommer seg over alt derifra. Bra shopping, koselig gate. Dessverre fikk vi et rom som mildt sagt behøvde oppussing. Badet var fint, men rommet vendte mot bakgården og var veldig lite og gammeldags. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Compared with other 3-star hotels in Perth, this one is rather expensive but the quality is not so satisfactory. The room is so small than we could hardly find space to organise our suitcases. There's no internet access provided by the hotel. Customers have to buy the global gossip card for wireless internet access. Wonder […] why it's so mean for some hotels on this service as it's now very common to include free internet access in the hotels, even in Taiwan~ Ďalšie informácie

Bon hôtel bien placé, mais sans parking .Il y en a trois dans la même rue ,mais a des prix allant du simple au triple, et à la réception personne pour nous en conseiller un....Domage

Havde 2 overnatninger 6 pers. i alderen 26-69. Lidt kedeligt hotel, slidt og mørkt på værelserne. Beliggenhed: Central men i minefeltet i weekenden, så lidt larm på trappen og gangen. Service fra receptionen middelmådig - Ville ikke vælge hotellet igen.
