Hotel was easy to find and close to our destination. The staff was friendly and gelpful. The room was clean. I would stay again.

"Noise"
In the middle of the night, either guests or staff were using a door down the hall that had a self closer. It was very loud. My room was on the first floor and was an ADA room. I would advise requesting a second or higher floor.

This hotel had everything we have expected, really nice and very clean, the pool is little small but its clean and heated, the food buffet is great and they have rice too I was surprise when I see it, of course got excited, us filipino we have to have on breakfast...all I can say is I will surely come back here and stay in this hotel....

Our most importand criteria for a Hotel is Cleanliness & a good continental breakfast. This Hotel got an A on both of those important criteria.The beds were very comfortable, and they have a pool and hot tub. Even though its in a great location it is about 1 1/2 hrs. away from most of the must-see sights.

"HIE in Santa Clara - Pleasant and near airport"
Hotel and room were clean and well decorated. Front desk personnel were kind and helpful. I also stayed in a Holiday Inn Express in Ft Lauderdale, Florida and have been pleased. Continental breakfast was hot and ready before leaving for the airport.

"Last night"
Since this was our last night of travel, we were quite tired. The first thing we noticed was the neatness of the room and then the comfort of the bed. After riding a motorcycle for over 1300 miles at that point, it was very refreshing to be able to relax in a comfortable space.

My daughter and I stayed at the hotel while doing a prospective college tour. The spacious room with 2 separate beds ( standard) felt comfortable. While the decor was somewhat plain, that was preferable to an overly done up room. The beds were pretty comfortable- which is very important to my baby boomer body. It was nice having a breakfast available […] at the hotel. The eggs ( looking like a taco with something like cheese spread stuck in the middle) were kind of unappetizing. However there are other things available. The attendant at the breakfast was notably friendly and helpful. The only negative comment I have was the fan was so noisy.....extremely noisy for "white noise", but was needed to keep the room cool enough for sleep. Ďalšie informácie

I love this hotel. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The flat screen tv was a plus and it had a small friedge and microwave which was very impotant because I had my kids with me. Breakfast was great... they served eggs, sausage and a lot more. Will definetely stay here again.

New hotel with flat screen TVs and hot breakfast. Surprisingly the standard room is a mini suite that includes a sleeper sofa, fridge and a microwave. Service was great. They called the room 30 minutes after checkin to make sure everything was satisfactory. If you're visiting the Silicon Valley, I highly recommend staying at this particular hotel. It is comfortable, convenient, welcoming, and affordable. A word of caution: there is a second HI Express in the area and that can be a bit confusing.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise zum San Francisco Airport. Das Hotel war sehr schön. Es gab Pool und Whirlpool. Es war das beste Hotel auf der ganzen einwöchigen Reise. Die Zimmer sind luxuriös ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Man wird von leiser Musik auf dem Zimmer begrüßt. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls das beste. So reichhaltig hat man es selten in Amerika.
