Stayed twice going and coming home from a trip. Both times there were items under the bed at the edge (once a pill, the other a handwritten note, so made me wonder if the sweeper ever goes beyond the traffic areas. I was moving from New York to Florida, and driving down in a uhaul with a car trailer. Which they didn't mind that I parked in the back. Basically, I was completely exhausted after driving 16 hours. Checked my Hotels.com mobile ap, and found this medium priced hotel one exit away. Check in was easy, and the clerk mentioned they had a sauna if I needed […] it because of the drive. Very, very good. This hotel was nothing fancy, but it was clean, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious. Nice hotel. The staff was really great about putting us in a different room after it was evident that the first one we got had previously had someone smoking in it (in spite of being a non-smoking room). She was also very helpful directing us to restaurants in the area. The only thing that was sort of annoying was the fan in the bathroom that stayed […] on all the time - the bearings were shot in it and so it rattled. I was surprised at how nice the hotel was for the cost. We were expecting cut rate room quality but it was actually very nice. Have stayed in much higher priced accomodations that weren't as nice. The beds were extreemly comfortable (in fact I checked to see what brand they were for future reference) and the staff were very helpful.
