"Everything I Hoped For"
When I book a hotel, I'm looking for a few key things. A clean and updated room, a comfortable bed, free wi-fi, and hopefully a free (hot) breakfast. Springfield Suites had it all. The room was clean, the wi-fi worked, in the lobby they have a computer for guests with a printer, the breakfast was decent, and the bed was firm but not hard. Some reviews […] mentioned the tv is not a flat screen, and that is true, but I don't need a flat screen to watch the news before I go to sleep. "great experience hotel in Dallas tx love field"
My stay was great they allowed me to check in early, had great breakfast and dinner, that was free to guest staying there. Rooms were good size. Only thing is needed was updated tv. Need to have Flat screen tv in the rooms.

The staff was very friendly, from the front desk to the breakfast area. The facility was nice, except that the TV's were old and not flat screens.

We love this hotel. We always stay here when we come to Dallas. The staff is friendly. The rooms r always nice and clean. The breakfast is pretty good.

As a female business woman, the closer I got to the hotel, the more worried I got seeing all of the signs for the Strip clubs. Sure enough, there were many men in the streets along the way. "Excellent deal and great service!"
We stayed here on NYE to avoid driving after going out. We were so surprised when we checked in at how friendly an helpful the staff were. I asked them to call us a cab to a local restaurant, but there was no need since they had a shuttle and gladly took us to our destination. The room itself was very large, with a separate bedroom that closed off from […] the living area. They had a full breakfast in the morning, not just your standard bagels and cereal. "Springhill Suites in Dallas"
This suite hotel was great for a multi-day stay. Located near Love Field, it also is 15 minutes to downtown Dallas and 30 minutes to downtown Fort Worth (in off-hours travel). Not only is there a good breakfast, but the happy hour is so extensive that it can be a light evening meal. Staff was extremely friendly. No one wore cowboy boots.

I will say the staff went above and beyond, the free Dinner and Keg of beer in the lobby every night was a very nice touch. I guess the only thing that I could say is that the rooms are in need of updating with new furniture and definitely new bedding and mattress, other than that the room was nice.

We were very impressed with the hotel room and the quality of the service! For the price we paid, we were expecting a smaller standard room but we got a nice big room with double beds and a separate seating area. The breakfast was very good. The smell of warm waffles filled the halls. We would definately go back!

Overall the room was OK. A little dated but not much. Staff was great. There are two TV's in each room. One of mine didn't work in the bedroom. Oh well, I'll watch the other one. "Comfort and a laugh"
This comfortable hotel with 2-room suites, small but just fine for the price, was welcoming, and used all its services to the fullest. There was a late afternoon "happy hour" in progress when I arrived and a free hot breakfast in the morning. I normally have trouble sleeping the first night in any hotel, but I slept fine here. The […] laugh is that when the van was pulling up to the hotel I saw the "Men's Club" on one side and a liquor store on the other -- I shared with the very friendly driverette that there was a time when having those two businesses close by would've meant big trouble for me, and we both smiled. "Neighborhood Issue?"
The Hotel was new, clean and the room was really good. It bothered me when I checked in to see a sign on the counter about vehicles getting broken into. I appreciate them letting me know but...I would not stay here again because of that. Crime is an issue everywhere. We did not have any problems.

Very nice hotel - the only drawback was the computer was slow the morning I was there. Nice breakfast - stated it was a continental breakfast, but included eggs, bacon and sausage. Rooms were nice and clean and it was very quiet. Next door to an IHOP and a convenience store and a very short distance to many restaurants. I would stay here again.

Great hotel with the cleanest rooms I have ever seen. 12 year old facility looks virutally brand new! Only bad thing is the road construction going on nearby makes it difficult finding the hotel (signs were not posted well by highway dept). Other than that, great place to stay! "A Lot of Bang for Your Buck"
We booked here because it was just a few miles from an event we were attending in Dallas. The hotel sits off the highway, but we wee not bothered by noise at all. #1 - Check in at the hotel was at 2pm, and our event started at 2pm. I called to ask could we check in early. NO problem. They told us they would have the rooms waiting. On arrival, they […] were true to their word and our rooms were waiting. No problems. #2 - Room was immaculate with fridge and microwave. It was designed like a little suite, separated by a door. The kids pulled out the sofa bed in the little living area and had a slumber party in there while hubby and I snored away in the bedroom. If traveling with kids who want to stay up all night watching TV and you want to sleep, this place offers a solution. #3 - Breakfast was nice. They offered a wide variety of things. 4 kinds of fruit juice, a waffle maker with pre-measured batter, Quaker oatmeal with different toppings, scrambled eggs with toppings like cheese, salsa, and different kinds of seasonings. Yogurt, fresh fruits, milk, a wide assortment of breads and pastries, and of course different varieties of coffees and teas. #4 - Location. If you stay here and get the late night snack attack. IHOP is directly across the driveway, and Waffle house is directly across the street, both of which can be walked too. #5 - Customer service. One of the members of our party had an issue with her car. The Hotel directed her to a shop on Sunday, which fixed the problem immediately. Upon Check out, we were kind of confused how to get back on our proper route home, The front desk clerk provided us with not only precise directions, but with a map where she marked landmarks. Everything was good about the room & hotel except for the noise coming from the street below (our room was on the street side). Each morning around 3:30 am we would hear sirens & people laughing & the last night it sounded as if people were having drag races. Luckily, I take ear plugs with me whenever I travel. "Loved the hotel"
Decent location, but the hotel had a newly opened feel. The pool was great for the kids, and the fitness center was very nice. Our room was comfortable, and breakfast was very good. The front desk staff was great.
