The hotel is in a great location, rooms are comfortable, staff are friendly. It's not absolutely luxury, but its pretty good. The only tip I'd over is if you're driving, to waive the $28 parking fee try the U park near Kings Perth Hotel.

The hotel relies on central AC, which was inadequate for the 37 degree day I was there. One of the two elevators wasn't working the day I checked in. The room was bland but functional. The hotel is across from a noisy bar. It's also close to lots of shopping. Front desk was helpful.

It was just an overnight stay between flights and I arrived late. The gentleman on reception was polite but not particularly welcoming and wasn't interested in giving me details of the Airport Shuttle service for the next day, saying only that I should let reception know after 7.00 am next morning.The hotel itself is quite old and in need of renovations […] but my room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided but no biscuits. I have noticed that biscuits are no longer provided as standard which is a shame. My suggestion is that if it is no longer viable to provide biscuits then at least provide them in the mini-bar. I wouldn't mind paying for them if necessary. Breakfast was average for the price but nonetheless welcome. However, I did not appreciate having to pay an extra $5 surcharge on account of the Public Holiday! Surely, paying guests should not be subjected to an additional surcharge. This hotel was adequate for my needs but not one that I would particularly recommend. Ďalšie informácie

Staff were friendly enough, rooms OK but everyone was so disinterested in thier job no surprise there was a lack of service. Poor management just oozed out of this place.

Good location and conveniently located to malls, bars and restaurants.

Great place to stay, central to everything we needed, room clean and tidy. and pleasnt staff. what else do you want oh and Yummy breakfast see you again soon. Natalie

Regarding the TV channels plz to ensure that all Australian TV channels are available as other hotels as I am in Melburne now and I could see the all 'TV channels. In addition, your internet services got a problem and should be addressed.

I stayed at the hotel for 10 nights and all the staff very helpful and friendly. would defintely go back and stay again

Well I am from Singapore and this is my first time visiting Australia and booking hotels online:) I must say that my stay in Perth has been wonderful, partly due to the friendliness of all the staffs in this hotel. All my queries were answered promptly and politely by the staffs here without showing any sign of irritation or rude behaviours, which left […] me with a positive, lasting impression of this hotel. Plus the range and cleanliness of the facilities(e.g. toilets and beds) here are adequate enough to keep me comfortable throughout my time in the hotel, although it still have rooms for improvement(e.g. the electrical sockets' inconvenient location). Another bonus point for this hotel is its convenient location at the heart of Perth city, which makes shopping at Murray and Hay St just a short 5 minutes walk away. Moreover if you are renting a car, parking is not a problem with 2 big multi-storey carpark located at Pier St and Bayswater Car rental just about 15 minutes walk from the hotel.(I've booked their cars on the internet at a very affordable price for a good toyota corolla). The Hotel is fine however the windows need double glazing to stop the noise from the street. Also in this day and age and for what you pay for a flat screen TV that is a decent size should be standard in all rooms. My only real complaint is I paid for a King Bed and got a Queen Bed

Lovely and helpful staff with a great central location made for a really pleasent stay, the room was nice too.

A boutique hotel in a perfect location at a reasonable rate with a HUGE room, walk-in robe, swimming pool and surrounded by a myriad of restaurants and shops - who could ask for more. Last time I visited Perth I stayed at a much more expensive 5-star hotel which was far less impressive and a much further walk into the heart of the city. Great hotel great location for the price. Should seriously consider to be the 1st hotel in australia to provide free wifi

What can i say about this hotel. Clean, great location, Friendly staff, great room. A little noisy early in the evening due to hotel across the road etc but come 11pm it was all quiet so not an issue to me. 출장차 저렴한 숙박을 찾으신다면 추천드립니다. 허니문 등의 로맨스와는 거리가 먼 호텔입니다. 인터넷 사용은 별도의 요금을 지불해야 합니다. (21 AUD / day) 출장차 싼 호텔을 이용하고자 하시는 분들께 강추합니다.

パースの中心、パース駅、空港へのシャトルバス乗り場（Kings Hotel)、どこへも至近距離で大変便利です。ベッドも大きいのに、お部屋もさらに広々していて快適でした。 インターネットがなかなか繋がらず（自分のパソコンの問題で）スタッフの方にご迷惑をおかけしてしまったのに、皆さん快くご対応下さって助かりました。 コンプリメンタリーのお茶がリプトンでした。お茶好きには嬉しいですよね。 お部屋にはアイロンセットもありました。

위치는 두말할거없이 좋다 그러나 직원은 원전 서비스 제로!!!! 영어 못한다고 무시하고 화난 사람처럼 집어던지고... 어떻게 고객한테 그럴수가있나??? 가격도 5스타랑 비슷하면서 그에 비해 청결도도 제로 !!! 아니 지들이 외국어를 할수있어야 당연한거지!!!여행객이 괜히 호텔찾어 ??!!!! 아무튼 거기서 내친구커플은 립셉션 때문에 싸우고 나는 울고 그래도 불친절!!!!
