This hotel is a quaint, clean place to stay in Roswell at a wonderful value. The free breakfast (hot and cold selections) was better than most hotels offer. We make many trips to Roswell and have always stayed at the more expensive chain hotels to ensure cleanliness and comfortable beds but, this was a last minute trip and we weren't able to find vacancies […] at our usual choices so we took a chance on this place. The room was very dingy and in disrepair. AC was very loud. The bedspread was dingy and dirty. They need to get up withthe times and do away with those heavy spreads that are seldom washed. No coffee at 7:30am for free breakfast. It took several minutes to get it.

Do not give it the rating that you previously gave it. I was led to think that it would be a fine stay and it was a nightmare.

Owners very friendly, clean rooms, friendly atmosphere and convenient location for us. would stay again

We were very happy with this hotel. It's an older hotel but in very good condition and very clean. I loved that they rooms were very spacious, had good mattresses, and were decorated in a nice calm colors. The breakfast was much better than other hotels we had stays in for the same price.

My family stayed at this hotel based on the recommendation the lady on the phone from hotels.com. The hotel is old but maaintained pretty well for the age of the place. However, the bedding such as blankets and bedspreads were old and stained. We never felt comfortable in the room. Won't go back!

The rooms are clean and good for the price. However, if you are looking for luxury, it is not a fancy place. The breakfast is ok but wouldn't recommend the coffee!

I love older hotels like this that are still in great shape. I have chemical sensitivities and I appreciated the fact that the room wasn't perfumy, yet seemed very clean. I did pay extra for a non-smoking room. I was pleasantly surprised to find a refrigerator in the room considering the low rate. Basic accommodations at an unbeatable price. Great Price, Clean and Good Customer Service. Breakfast could have been a better but ok for the price.

Rooms are simple. Great for a place to lay your head. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Front desk help was nice. Edge of town but safe and only minutes from main drag.

My only real complaint was that we arrived right after a few days of snow and the stairs to the second level were covered with ice - very dangerous!

The hotel is on the outskirts of town but nothing is really far away. Everything is literally a straight shot down the road. I liked the idea of it having a refrigerator and a microwave especially when traveling with children. The best part was the price. If you are looking for somewhere to stay on a budget this place is fine. We visited the Alien stuff downtown and also the Goddard museum. There is also a McDonalds UFO shaped restaurant downtown. This Motel is close to the sights, but you will have to drive. The first room we were given had a door problem and we could not get it to open. We were transfered […] to another room and it was fine. The FREE internet wifi did not work the two days we were there so don't plan on using internet at this hotel. Our dog loved the courtyard but they have a strange pet policy. You must request a pet friendly room and we couldn't figure out how to do that when booking the room. The staff did work with us on this pet issue when we got there so it wasn't really a problem. It's at the edge of town but the Highway Patrol office is nearby so feel pretty safe. The room has all the basic convenience: hairdryer, small fridge and a microwave. The night clerk didn't say hi or acknowledge until being said hi to. Morning staff was friendlier. Will stay in the future if coming that way again.

I enjoyed my stay at Rodeway Inn-Roswell. My floor level room was clean and had a frig & microwave. The pool was closed for the season, so I'll return in warm weather for some poolside R&R. The inner courtyard is pleasant with 2 picnic tables on the lawn. Breakfast was tastey and I appreciate the eggs & sausage for my paleo way of eating. The staff […] was very helpful and courteous. This place doesn't have a lot of polish and shine, but it's a great value. Everything does what it's supposed to. And the breakfast was great! The neighborhood area has an industrial feel, assuming that matters to you.

The hotel although being a little far away from a restaurant,walking distance that is but beside that one thing the staff goes out of there way to help there guest and are extremely friendly.

It was all creepy. Kinda like a Motel 6 feel. The room looked like thrift store modern. And the town is a hole lot of nothing and a waste of time.

The manager and the maintenance man were very accommodating. This place was better than I would expect from a Rodeway Inn.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff , friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful.

We only stayed one night, after traveling six days across the United States from Boston. We were so pleasantly surprised with the service and clean comfort we we got here. All the employees, including the owner/manager we proffessional and helpful. The breakfast was great and served beautifuly. We will return. Again very clean, quiet, and pleasant. This hotel is run by a very nice couple. For a budget motel, it's quite nice with free wii-fi, fridge and microwave. It's a bit away from the main drag, though.

Room was clean and Housekeeping Service was very good. Breakfast was mostly good (eggs were a little over done). Overall stay was very good.

travel a lot and i do not get this kind of excellant treatment even at the big expensive hotels. accomodating and made you feel like family. bent over backwards to help and make you comfortable. traveled the country for three weeks and this was one of the best stays by far. i'm glad i stayed there.

Service was great but the wi-fi techs were the worst.

The sink had not been cleaned from the previous customer; it was full of hair from someone shaving and some other substance that looked like vomit. There was trash under the beds and the sheets had stains on them. All night long I had to listen to people in other rooms partying and fighting. This was an awesome hotel. The people at the front desk so were so friendly. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip up to Roswell. The grounds were so nice. It was just an awesome place to stay

The staff at this Hotel went above and beyond as we were checking in late due to car problems earlier that day. The Hotel closes at night and they woke up at 3 a.m. to check us in, so we really appreciated that. The room we had was beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfortable and the set up of the place is very unique which we enjoyed. There […] was mold on the shower curtain and the moulding in the washroom was in need of a better cleaning and maybe repairs, but those things were very minor issues. For those who are sensitive to noise, you can hear pretty much everything going on beside you, outside and upstairs. Hotel buildings, my room, and the grounds were very clean. I like how the rooms have been updated. I will stay here again.

Every thing was very good except the toilet seat which was the cheapest you can buy at the local hardware store.
