I HAVE TO SAY, MY WIFE AN I STAYED FOR OUR ANTAVERSARY AN FOUND EVERYONE TO VE VERY PLEASANT, VALET WAS THE BOOM, WHAT EVER WE NEEDED YOUR STAFF TOOK CARE OF IT, NO HASSEL PLACE, I LIKE THAT, AN THIS WILL BE OUR CHOICE OF HOTELS, WHEN WE COME TO RENO, THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!!

We got a great price on the hotel and are happy with the overall experience, however I was unable to use the gym when we arrived at 8:00 pm. The gym closes at 7:00 pm. I got up early to work out with my 17 year old son and they would not allow him to workout becuase of the policy not allowing any one under 18 to use the gym.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable. They charge rediculous prices for things that are free at other locations. $3 for water. $1.50 for a cup of coffee. For cheapness of the room it was okay. No extra amenities provided.
Would like to see more entertainment,,,need live band. Add a hottub to spa.

My stay at harrahs was pretty good. Comfy room and easy access to everything I needed to get to. Hash house a gogo is a must stop for anyone with a hefty appetite. Carvers Buffett is good also. If you get a players card you get it even cheaper. I would recommend this hotel.

I was surprised by the quality of the regular room at Harrah's. Very clean, comfortable and everything is great condition and like new. I was very very impressed. Only one problem. Cleaning crew attempted to enter my room while i was sleeping (they did not notice the do not disturn sign) and when i left my room that day and reversed the sign for the […] cleaning crew to clean my room, it was not done. So, I had to call housekeeping/frontdesk at 8:00 PM multiple times and wait about 30 minutes before the cleaning lady showed up. I think this was just an isolated case and they are not usually like that. Although, I have had similar experiences staying in other hotels in Reno. "Great Place!"
Great Price, Great Location, Great Entertainment. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and play. The room was designed and decorated very tastefully and the staff was very accommodating. Room service food was wonderful and the overall hotel and casinos were clean. Thanks for a great stay!

I love this Hotel and was happy I was able to get it at a good price! I'm not complaining but I wish I would of ask how to turn on the heat.
Room was inexpensive but there was no blanket on the bed and I was next to a noisy elevator before asking to be moved. Power in the hotel also went out at least 4-5 times.

The room itself could have felt a bit "cleaner". It wasn't dirty, it just wasn't quite perfect. That said, the value was terrific and I would absolutely stay there again. Everything was fine with the hotel except after we returned home there were incidental charges on our credit card for things we did not order. Our credit card company tried calling Harrah's but after no success they deleted the charges from our card as a courtesy. This was dishonest or at least careless billing which if it happens to all guests at Harrah's […] would be a significant source of revenue for the hotel. From the moment we checked in we were pleased with the service. We were greeted with a smile from our front desk representative (name was Rocky?) and he granted all of our requests (high floor, facing north, etc.) with nothing less than the reply "absolutely". The casino staff (bartenders, guest service representatives) were all smiling and it was noticeable. "Cold air blowing all night"
I will not stay at or recommend places where the air keeps blowing after the thermostat turns the heat/air conditioning off. I turned the heat down and there was cold air blowing on me all night. Result - stiff neck which will not go away. If I had turned the fan off, there would have been no heat at night. "Great deal and nice room"
Booked a room here only 2 nights before heading up to Reno and was surprised to find such a good deal on a Friday night. Location is actually better since it seems it's more central to all the casinos. Rooms are very clean and nice. If you book a non smoking room it actually smells like a non smoking room!
"Great hotel with a great steak house in the town"
We has a very enjoyable vacation, nice clean hotel with excellent service(allowed us early c/in but turn out the room wasn"t clean yet-found out when we open the door, but they switched for us right away-nice. And the 2nd room was nice too just the tv wasn't plugged in-fixed myself not a big deal). We will back, love it. Happy New Year All!

this is a dated hotel in the middle of town. unfortunately with the gambling industry smoking is allowed throughout the casino and it carries throughout the hotel. maybe a newer hotel could subdivide a non smoking casino and hotel area for non smoking guests
"Very disappointed"
the food in the buffet "Craving" was most unsatisfying, waste of money..There was no hot water in the mornings for bath..no tooth paste, tooth brush. And the most disappointing thing, after 9 pm, if we got back to hotel, we had to cross the Gambling/poker gaming section, which is located right where the way leads to our rooms' elevator. "Great Reno Location"
Everything about the hotel was great--exactly what I expected. The Ichiban Japanese Restaurant and the Steakhouse restaurant in the hotel were outstanding. The layout of the hotel is a bit confusing due to the "east" & "west" towers. My only complaint is that over my 2 night stay my room was never cleaned. "Harrah's Reno - clean and comfortable"
My welcome by Tyler at the front desk is always warm and friendly. I stay here monthly for business while in Reno. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I would enjoy having convenient access to a plug for my computer (it's under the desk, against the wall, often meaning unplugging something else). Food choices are great, in-room coffee is nice too.

I really enjoyed staying at the Harrah's! The room was beautiful it overlooked the mountains and other Casinos. Well decorated and modern. Guest services, waitress and all Employees were nice and friendly. My only complaint was the heat was at a minimum. Other then that I will visit again! Make sure if you use a debit card they will hold additional […] $50 a day for incidentals. It allows you to use it as a room credit so you won't have to starve or go home without gifts in case you underestimated the what you can do with a debit card...Still glad it was available at least the rest a day after you check out... "Very convenient for train travel"
Loved just walking across the street to catch my train. Train was late and Harrah's let me back in my room after checkout to wait.. Good service. I only wish the health club and spa weropen later....closed at 7 pm
The only complaint we had was that the bathroom was a lot smaller than what we are used to.
