We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was great! We ate lunch at one of the restaurants in the hotel. The food and service was great! We enjoyed walking around and shopping. Everything was close by. All-in-all a wonderful weekend!

I come to Indianapolis once a month on business, and have always stayed at the Omni. Ever since they renovated the hotel it has been great. The rooms are nice and clean with very comfortable beds. You can't beat the value of the Omni hotel. Very affordable rates compared to the other chain hotels.

Overall everything was great. Our only issue was that upon check-in, we were given a room on the 4th floor, only to find out upon entering it that it had yet to be cleaned! We immediately went back down to the check-in desk and complained about what happened. They were very apologetic and gave us a room on the 11th floor and 2 free breakfast buffets […] in the morning for our troubles. Ďalšie informácie

Went to Indy for an out of town Houston Texans football game. The staff at the Omni were very friendly and with alot of class. Great location. Beautiful hotel and quite affordable . Can't wait till next visit to Indy, we will definetly stay at The Omni Severin. Thank you Hotels.com!!!

Beautiful hotel and close to ALL downtown activities and venues! Can walk to everywhere! Not my 1stsize stay there and won't be my last!

Vallet service was required. I didn't know there was no hotel parking unless I paid $22 down the street. The closet rack was damaged as if children had hung from it. The shower head showed signs of recent repair. When I turned it on it sprayed me when I stood next to it turning it on. I would suggest this if your going to a Colts game. I celebrated Christmas and new years eve on this great hotel. The staff is outstanding. The building is beautiful and is located in the very center of Indianapolis. Here you stay near museums, the convention center, sports facilities like Lucas Oil Stadium and of course shopping. Enjoy your stay!

The staff at this hotel was exceptional. The valet parking staff was really great. Parking cost $27 per night which is pricey for Indianapolis, but the staff was top notch.

This definitely fit the bill for us and what we needed, however if you are looking for room, get larger than a queen. The bathroom is very tight and the room in general feels crowded. Overall this is a solid hotel.

We checked in late on Friday evening. Desk staff were extremely courteous but they assigned us to a room the was by far the smallest hotel room I've ever seen. In addition, the closet door would not open and the bathroom faucet leaked. The next morning when I went to the lobby to get coffee a staff member asked about our stay so far and I told them […] about the issues. We were immediately changed to a different room that was larger and everything worked. This hotel was outstanding from step one. The valet staff and doormen were extremely helpful even at a very busy time for them. There were plenty of them to help us with our bags and park the car. I opted for the valet service and it was extremely easy. I didn't have to worry about trying to find a place to park in downtown Indy which was nice. All […] of the hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. When we got ready to leave, I called the valets and they had the car up front and warmed up for us. The valet loaded our bags into the car and then offered us some water for the trip. He even offered directions to us if necessary. The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk from Lucas Oil Stadium and located next to everything. The Hotel was fabulous, the staff was exceptionally nice. We could not have chosen a nicer friendlier place. From housekeeping to valae parking. Wonderful will definatley stay there again.

We started in our first room and it was very small. I didn't care for the bed, but my wife was fine with it. Our upgrade was awesome, and we really enjoyed the extra space. Booked Queen, was told not available at check in, given 2 doubles, bathroom was "dirty" Front desk offered to buy our dinner. We already had reservations for both nights, so they offered breakfast. We accepted, and enjoyed.

Everything we needed was with in walking distance and usually with indoor walkways! Room was a little smaller than we are used to but still nice and do-able. We would have liked more counter space in the bathroom. Staff was very friendly. Great city - always felt safe.

We booked a deluxe room with a queen bed for our honeymoon. When we arrived I found out that instead of what I had reserved they had us booked for a room with double beds. Luckily the lady at the front desk gave us an upgrade to a king size bed but it definitely wasn't the room I had reserved. It was rather small and disappointing for our honeymoon

We were in town for a Colts game. Came down Saturday and went to the game Sunday. The location was absolutely perfect! Hotel is connected to the mall. Very short walk to the game on Sunday. Hotel staff took care of our luggage and car so we could just enjoy the game!

The Omni-Severin in Indianapolis was amazing. The staff was beyond helpful and considerate! We were given a few extra perks because it was our honeymoon. the room was so clean and inviting and had a great view of the city. it's convenient to everything you'd want to see in Indy. I ran the Monumental half marathon, and this hotel was within walking distance, not only of the race but also of several very nice downtown restaurants. The room was slightly small and cramped, but otherwise it fit our needs extremely well.

It's location splits Meridian and Illinois Streets, which are home to a myriad of nightlife and restaurants, respectively. A plus, Lucas Oil Stadium can be seen from the hotel and potentially walking distance if in town for a game. I would recommend the Omni to anyone looking to visit Indianapolis.

It's in a central location walking distance to fine dining and fast food. It's connected to the mall and the staff was very friendly and helpful!!! Highly recommended!!

We enjoyed our stay. The cable chanels were limited mostly newsand sports. The room was wonderful. We are returning next year.

Want to rave about the Omni and their staff! My two friends and I stayed overnight to celebrate our recent Birthdays, after chatting with the Desk Clerk and reaching our beautiful room, we answered a knock on the door to see a gentleman with a tray of 3 chilled waters, and 3 pieces of YUMMY Chocolate Cake and berries waiting for us! Due to the hotel having 2 or 3 special occasions, had to wait for someone to take our luggage up. they did not come. Then when we were ready to check out, I went down to get a cart. While filling our cart, a gentlemen worker came and reprimanded us. He said that we are not allowed to use these on our own. I think the company should teach everyone the […] rules. Usually our stays are great. But we were very disappointed. Also we are staying at a State park and they do not charge for internet use but Omni charged $9.95. I actually had 2 rooms, the first was musty and I asked for another room and was given one at twice the size. The management sent fruit and cheese to apologize, Then the shower was pulling out of the wall, they fixed it with in an hour of when I reported it. They gave me a food voucher. nice people great service. I spend 3 nights a week in hotels, this one is great.

The initial check-in took longer than expected and the hotel room was really small. The overall decorations of the hotel room and hotel itself were modern and attractive.

The only issue was the construction downtown, it made it very hard to find parking, and to get to the hotel. but the location was great!

Nicely refreshed since my last visit. Reception staff is welcoming - love the midwestern warmth. Will return.

The Omni Severin Hotel is located in Downtown Indianapolis, right across the street from the historical Union Station. It is connected to the Circle Centre shopping mall as well as to the Indiana Convention Center via a network of skyways that let you walk around town without having to step outside. Having said this, the streets of Indianapolis are […] quite fun to walk as well and this hotel is at an ideal location to explore the center of Indianapolis, minutes away for any site or attraction. The hotel has quite a bit of history itself as illustrated by its ballroom featuring an impressive crystal chandelier as well as a grand staircase -- both remnants of its past glory – though you might have a hard time getting access to it as it constantly seems to be reserved for private events, it is a very nice room indeed. Other amenities include a swimming pool as well as a fitness center in the lower level, both of them on the smaller side. There is complimentary public WiFi access in the lobby and mezzanine; however such access in your room involves a hefty surcharge. The room was quite spacious though the layout was slightly puzzling to me. Overall, the room and bathroom were comfortable and in a great condition with recent amenities. The service was some of the very best I have ever had... the staff had just the right touch of professionalism and friendliness. They were always helpful without being overboard or intrusive. They were also responsive to all my requests, including the last one when I realized that I had left some of my belongings behind. Not only they were able to locate them, but they even shipped them back to me at no charge. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to travelers who want to stay in Downtown Indianapolis. We stay at this hotel almost every time we go to Indy which is at least twice a year. As usual everything was wonderful. My wife and I really like the proximity to pretty much everything taht there is to do in downtown Indy. To the Staff, Thanks for everything.
