Good location for business, but tight parking.

The bathroom in our room was not clean....yuck!....but the staff was nice enough to correct the issue.

Parking is not adequate, especially with club goers (club is directly across the two lane street) using the hotel parking lot like the people at the hotel don't need a place to park. That said, the music stayed in the club and I saw no one I felt I needed to worry about hanging around outside. Other than that, the stay was pleasant but not exceptional. […] Our room (201) was directly above the front desk so we heard the door chime anytime the door opened, but it was soft enough not to wake us. The hand rails and such were being painted during our stay, even though they still looked good, so the condition of the room (outstandingly clean) was likely the norm here. Ďalšie informácie

The hotel is just as it is presented, with one exception, breakfast is an expanded continental style. We will stay there again. P.S. My wife is very pickey and she had no problem with this hotel.

If I could go -10 on the cleanliness I would. Cockroaches in the corner of the room and a dead lizard on the carpet. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!

No elevators restricts or at least makes handling heavy luggage very difficult.

I only stayed one night and had a very comfortable stay. The Hotel is within walking distance of the airport, the mall, shops, and many restaurants. The hotel staff was very courteous and friendly and the room was comfortable, roomy and well priced. This hotel surprised me. Very plain on the outside. I had an upstairs room which is accessed from the outside 1st floor and then you walk up stairs. We were in town for a wedding, and were traveling with pets, so our options were limited. We chose this hotel and were not disappointed. The location is great, walking distance to food, convenience stores, grocery. Easy to highway and airport. We had a second floor room, which was very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. […] Full size refrigerator and sink. Bathroom was a little small, but clean. Housekeeping staff were accomodating to clean when we were out with our dogs. Only needed a hotel for one night but would have stayed longer! Quiet hotel, nicely furnished and clean! Close to many restaurants and the concert I attended. Will stay again when in town. Friendly service.

This is the first Ramada that I actually enjoyed staying at. The room was clean and very large. The bed was brand new and very comfortable. Location is excellent, right next to HWY 83. 10th street has everything you need on it. Will definitely stay again!

The room was very quiet and the only complaint I would have at all was the carpet could have been replaced or cleaned some.

Numerous hotels in the area with lower rates, pool, hot meals, better parking, and with outside better appearance. The staff was nice and helpful.

The hotel was very reasonable and nicely kept up. Attractive room for the price.

This hotel was very accomodating to our needs. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel and staff. What i will say i that once we left and got back home, we realized we had forgotten my son's medication if thier refriderater. We called they shipped it to us at no cost and no problem what so ever... I was very impressed. hotel was great for the money! The first lady that was there at breakfast was not very professional however the lady that was there the rest of the week was awesome! She was very friendly brought waffles to us when they were done! upon checking out i left some items up in the room, she gladly let me go back up there to get the items. I spent the weekend at the hotel it was great, the staff was wonderful the room spaciuos and very clean and quiet, bed very confortable, made me feel like being at home away from home, will be back next month and I highly recommend the Ramada Limited, thankyou and see you soon........ ..............Enrique

The rooms are OK, but the parking lot is very limited and we had to park in a different hotel or leave the car in the street. Plus there was no hot water!

We stayed 5 nights. A young couple, who are the managers, were very attentive and devoted to good service. They are in a continual process of improving the property and doing the best possible job. We were very pleased with the very large room (at no extra cost), comfortable bed, cleanliness, and attention we received. I found out that reserving through […] a hotel's website matches any price on the internet, which best helps their survival. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again. A nice, clean hotel at a great price. The room was good sized, the bed comfortable, and the chair and foot stool a great addition for TV watching. The purpose of our trip was a concert at UTPA. I didn't know until I saw the program, but was surprised and pleased to see that the Ramada Limited had donated rooms to the guest artists playinging in the […] tribute concerts. Everything was ok except for the parking situation. Very small parking lot and not enough spaces.

Great place to stay for the price. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean. Certainly would stay here again when in the area.

I flew into McAllen for a 1-day personal trip and needed a hotel room for the night. The Ramada Limited was affordable, close to the airport and easy enough to reach. The staff was extremely nice and checked me in promptly, even though it was after 11pm when I arrived. The room while slightly spartan, smelled nice, was clean and the bed was comfortable. My […] only complaints were that the toilet ran very quietly during the night after I used it right before bed; it either overflowed or leaked around the base. The bathroom was flooded when I woke up so I was unable to take a shower. The free Continental breakfast was nothing special; I must have arrived late since there was virtually no food left. I was already in a bit of a hurry, so neither was a huge problem. This hotel is located right on the highway and near the airport. I would probably give it another try if I'm in McAllen again by myself for 1-2 days. But if I'm traveling with my family or on work-related business I would definitely choose a nicer place. We had a great stay at this ramada. our room was in immaculate condition. very classy and modern feel but most importantly very clean and comfortable. our breakfast experience was awesome as the husband and wife hosts were great. at first we thought she didn't have a babysitter for her son but were later embarrased to find out that he was her husband […] and he was actually working with her in the breakfast area. what a suprise!! i will be back at this hotel. The location is almost isolated but close to all the necessities etc.....shopping, groceries, restaurants, entertainment and easy access to Expwy 83 which takes you to all connecting towns and cities. Don't prejudge this hotel from it's exterior. it does not have a pool to begin with and the exterior needs some updating. however, the rooms are as competetive if not better then most major hotel chains. i stay in many hotels throughout the year and this was one of the cleanest and most comfortable room i've stayed in. the room is well layed out and […] very well equipped. the wifi was super fast and the bed super comfy. This hotel is one of the finest I've stayed in quite sometime. I was surprised to see the condition/quality of the room. It was very clean, modern looking, and very spacious. The revolving showerhead made my morning enjoyable, the bed and ample pillows provided provided me with one of the best nights rest ever, and the wonderful female manager cynthia […] completed my morning by conversing with me regarding the area and the valley in general. The husband and wife management team and their staff know what there doing at this hotel and it shows with the quality and value provided. the ramada was a very nice hotel. we stayed 3 days and the hotel, staff, and all employees were awesome. our room was very nice and clean. large and spacious and looked like everything in the room had been remodeled. i will stay at this hotel in the future.

Very nice hotel. rooms were clean and well kept. huge and spacious which was surprising for this hotel. i specifically liked the new colors they painted in the rooms, reminded me of home sweet home. i noticed the entire room was filled with granite, including the furniture. very nice!! service was awesome. all my requests and questions were answered […] promptly. only request i had for the hotel staff was that they need to build a pool. that was the only thing missing. other then that, this hotel is awesome!! i will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.
