Great location right next to freeway. Ask for room 203. It is above the lobby with no hotel rooms on either side. Great hot breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again.

Everything about this hotel was excellent - except for the night club that played loud bass music into the night. If they put you in the rear left part of the hotel, just ask for a different room. I even tried putting the air conditioning up and it didn't drown out the noise.

Enjoyed hotel, only problem was the TV, when changing channels the TV would go blank and we would have to turn off TV to change the channel. It wasn't a big deal so we never complained about it.

It is a little tricky to get to. But nice property that appears to be a renovated motel. They have done an excellent job with it. Rooms were nice, breakfast was good. Staff was right on top of our needs. Very happy with this hotel

We enjoyed our stay here. the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are a little small but nicely decorated the pool was great since it was such a hot day. my only two complaints are that there is some bratty kids that banging on windows way too early and when we got there I was told there was bellhop to help with all of our luggage and there wasn't […] so that was a little hard to get all my stuff into the room by myself other than that a great stay. This hotel is a gem! Great location nestled inside a shopping district that includes starbucks, corner bakery, a market and boutiques. We enjoyed the recently remodeled room, and thought they had a really good free breakfast in the morning. We also liked the shopping area next door and ate at the restaurants twice. Our only negative is that they only give you 3 towels for a 4 person room. That didn't make sense. Overall, and great choice when visiting Disney!

The hotel staff was very accomodating. The free breakfast had just about everything you would want. The room was a little small with 2 queens, but it was very clean and comfortable. We will be back in a month for a wedding.

Not too bad. Hotel was a little dirty because they were remodeling the lobby. Sorroundings and elevators were dirty. Personnel at the breakfast area were friendly.

Overall I would have to say this hotel was decent. The free breakfast was wonderful and had many options - waffles, yogurt, bagels, toast, etc. Our biggest complaint was the location of our room. We were put in room 154, which is located on ground level and is facing a local bar/restaurant. Every night we could hear the music bumping and people laughing […] and yelling. Because our room was also located at the base of the stairs, when people would come home in the middle of the night we could hear them. To be fair, we did not ask for another room - we decided to put up with it (although we regret that decision now). We had already unpacked and had set up our daughter's crib - it would have been a real hassle to change rooms. But what singles the Fairfield by Marriott out from the pack is its superb and I believe […] universally free breakfast, Sure it's just in a room with coffee in pots and a self administered toaster etc but someone - and I suspect me met her, scrupulously cleaning every spill and crumb people created as they grazed - keeps the place fully stocked with every imaginable breakfast item that can be pre-purchased and offered in a setting like this. Too many to list but, fresh fruit, fresh bagels, english and (domestic?) muffins, nice freshly packaged grapefruit and other fruit segments, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, cereal selection, great egg mcmuffin type of things you stick in the microwave but actually taste nice, juices, waters, you name it. Oh, and a really superb fish restaurant, California Fish Grill is a ten minute walk away if you don't mind navigating a few tricky freeway-adjascent sidewalks (alternatively, drive of course). Can't say I've spent too much in Anaheim Hills before but the Fish restaurant merits a major detour, to be quite honest, and the Fairfield Marriott (oh and free wi-fi that works) is welcome too, is absolutely best in class. the room was generally comfortable but the hotel it under renovation, something we didn't know before we went. we had to walk through a construction zone to get to our room. when we booked it, we had understood that it was closer to disneyland than it really was. easily a 20 minute drive.

My boyfriend and I stayed here this past weekend during our bi-annual trip to SoCal. At first, we got lost and went into the opposite side where houses were located because the iPhone 5's GPS was tweaking out. It was very clean, but very small. The bed was comfortable, had about 6 pillows, and the sheets were clean. The bathroom had a sliding door. It had everything we needed. My boyfriend and I aren't very needy with these things because we always bring our own stuff. Our room also had a microwave. The channels on the TV were cool too, it was like the channels we would actually watch back home in NorCal. The continental breakfast was probably the highlight of this hotel. I was always so excited to wake up early just to eat breakfast! Their variety of breakfast items were great. But that's just me, because I usually don't ever wake up early to eat breakfast. They had fruits, muffins, bagels, microwavable stuff, cereal, oatmeal, and you can even make your own waffles! I got myself everything and brought it back to our room, along with lots of cups of orange juice! Cons: - We had a fridge but it did not work. We were placed in room 151. We were not told that our room faced a local restaurant that hosted late night parties, banquets & wedding receptions. The music played until after 1am. We had drunk loud people walking & yelling in the parking lot outside our room, and the sidewalk in front of our room. When we called the front desk to ask why there was […] loud music, and disruptive people outside our room, they said it was a normal occurrence for a Saturday night. They said they would send security, but the music would go until 1am or later. We always stay at Marriott, and we are overwhelmingly disappointed in this current experience with Marriott.
