older resort, room was very clean, mattress and pillows were not that comfortable, bit pricey no free internet, charges for chairs umbrellas. All that should be included in the price of the room. Great service.

Not at all impressive. Many employees acted like they were paying us - not the other way around.

Very nice even if somewhat dated hotel. I did not want for anything. The main restaurant, HB's, is a good a you will find on the gulf coast with excellent food and wine and of course the beach front location. Parking was easy and even the elevators were efficient. I hope to return again for a 3rd stay as soon as possible.

We had a great time. The new renovations look beautiful. We will be back next year.

This was a very nice hotel/resort. Quaint and old feeling but very well maintained with modern amenities .

The hotel was lovely, but when I made my reservation through hotels.com I was told that we would have first floor rooms (one being handicap accessable) with ocean views which we did not have. I felt that this was very deceptive. We were on the fourth floor ( one handicap room) and no ocean view, which is what we really wanted. Stayed 3 nights with family in main building. Nice and friendly. Golf course overpriced though compared to quality.

notes about unprofessional staff were greatly overstated, there are a lot of people from various countries who tend to have a drier sense of humor, but they are actually really great. My complaint is chiefly the sleeping arrangements. That is singularly the least comfortable bed I have ever slept on in my entire life, AND they only have these crap fiber-fill […] pillows. If you are like me and need a down pillow to not have your neck destroyed the next morning, I suggest you bring your own because they do not exist anywhere on the grounds of the hotel. Great hotel on the beach. The location is only a few miles of the downtown area and shops. The view of the beach is amazing and the pool area it was next to the room. We had a beautiful time and they have the best Pina Coladas that you can drink.

Very nice and accommodating staff. Very clean. A very good location-close to 5th and 3rd avenue shopping and to many restaurants; although you will need a car. The pools, the beach, the bars and the food, this hotel had all we needed for a very enjoyable vacation in Naples.

Hotel staff wonderful...view wonderful but at the price charged the Internet service should be free. Very disappointed because there are not many hotels that still charge for the internet today.

Great place to stay. Construction made it difficult to get around the property. Not too thrilled with the spa. Services were ok. Staff not professional in appearance.

Room was average. Service fair to poor. Had to call DAILY for simple things like coffee, creamers, wash clothes, etc. VIEW (beach front) was a wow-factor. Easy access from Penthouse bldg. to beach AND pool. Lunch was packaged from early a.m. & lousy at pool/bar restaurant for big $. Once was enough as was the breakfast in dining room. Plenty of reasonably […] priced places w/in driving distance. Found great places locally to dine, CITY CHOPS, was only one. Highest rating I can give is the location, was such easy access for us (grandparents) & grandchildren. EASY passing the days (5) from beach to pool. NEVER needed to find a museum. The hotel was nice and right on the beach, but when I booked the hotel, I was told there was a direct Gulf of Mexico Beach view, and it was just a side view. That was very dissapointing. There was also construction going on which started by 9:00 AM on a Saturday morning and went through out the day. Other than that, we had a very nice time. We had dinner […] at the hotel restaurant, HB's on the Grill, which was excellent. We even received a free very nice bottle of wine with a coupon we received in our room. The hotel was on the beach and only a 5 minute drive to 5th ave, so it was a great location. Fantastic beach front hotel, we paid a little extra to have a gulf view room and it was worth every penny. They are doing some building work at the moment but this is limited to reasonable hours and when finished they will have a stunning beach front bar where you watch the sun set. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everybody.

Exceeded all of my expectations - with very friendly and helpful staff. The beach bar was being rebuilt at the time of our stay but we made full use of the pool bar which served its purpose. Staff was excellent, at the spa, housekeeping, maintenance. Location couldn't be more beautiful...on the pristine beach with lovely palms, white sands, and gentle waves. Food was delicious as well. Now for the flip side: hotel was under construction, meaning golf course closed, one pool closed, and my room had tons of ants...the kind that bite. Also, […] the biz center had very limited hours, and as I was departing on Saturday, I couldn't check status of my flight due to Irene, and the airline phone said to check status via their website. very frustrating. These issues were probably time-related, in the sense that all could be resolved...except the lack of access to a computer. The front desk was not able to do that for me either. I had the most amazing stay at the hotel. Also, the Spa was absolutely incredible. I can't wait to go back!

This was a nice getaway for my husband and me without the kids. The hotel was undergoing renovations so one pool was closed and maintenance was somewhat noisy, but overall, it was still a very pleasant stay. It's an older hotel that is wonderfully maintained and the price was reasonable. Old Style Naples, great location, beautiful room, although I believe too many kids for Naples Hotel. I thought I was in Disneyland! Must be summer! Book in Fall or Winter!

Overall hotel was good the current construction made it bad. We went to relax in peace in quiet and they were using a jackhammer the whole time we were relaxing either by the pool or beach and it started at 9am so dont think about sleeping late.

GREAT LOCATION, NICE STAFF, GREAT POOLS, HAD LIVE ENTERTAINMENT IN LOUNGE

I chose this hotel because I wanted to be close to the beach. BIG MISTAKE. It was pricey and it wasnt worth it. 1st they send you to another building, so you are not staying where you thought you would stay. Check in is at 4 pm, check out at 11 am. You dont have much time to spend using the facilities. I spent like $40 to rent chairs and an umbrella […] at the beach, was there for like 2 hrs only and asked the clerk if it was ok for me to go buy some lunch. He swore to god my chairs would be there for me. When I came back they were gone. The pool wasnt nice, the only thing I liked was the room. Very nice, clean and modern. Other than that, I would tell ppl to stay in a cheaper hotel and just drive to the public beach, which is walking distance from the hotel's. I felt like I was in the Bahamas...what a gem...highly recommend this place.

Excellent experience, beach (dolphin view included)and hotel. No words to describe how great is the staff. Very clean and attention to details I haven't found at Hilton or Ritz Carlton. Supermarket and Mall one mile away. Great cuisine less than a mile away if you don't want to eat at the hotel restaurants which are also very reasonable.

What a great place. Close to the hot dining and shopping areas. Right on the beach with 2 great pools. Music some nights at the pool great staff big rooms with refrigerator. Close to tennis and golf right across the street. In all probably the best hotel on Naples beach.
