THIS DID THE JOB BUT NOT MUCH MORE , FAR LESS THAN OTHER BAYMONT HOTELS I HAVE STAYED IN, THIS WAS A OLDER BEST WESTERN OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT , THAT HAD A UPLIFT BUT FAR FROM NEW. IT WAS THE PICK OF THE LITTER FOR THIS EXIT, NEXT TIME I WILL SPEND THE EXTRA $40 AND GET THE HAMPTON.

We stayed here on our way to check out grad schools in Atlanta and Athens because The Vampire Diaires films in this town. This hotel is a bit off the beaten path to the town square, but it's worth it. For the price you can sleep 6 people for very inexpensive. I'm shocked that of all the places we stayed, this one was the best deal for your buck! Also, […] when the cast was filming the beginning of season 1 before it got picked up for an entire season, they stayed here! That shouldn't scare away any people who are not fans, because this hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed in. This is my third time booking with them if that tells you anything. The staff was very pleasant, professional, and accommodating. They attended to our requests in a timely and efficient manner. The rooms and hotel ammenities were well kept and served to enhance our stay.

The staff was very kind, accommodating, and friendly. When confronted with a challenge they would truly look for a solution above and beyond what you might expect. I found them extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Reserved a non-smoking room but the one we got smelled so strong of smoke I woke up unable to breath. Hotel was pretty good other than that.

Shabby worn out furniture in room dank . Dank smell in room. Cockroach in the room . I cut my stay short and left a day earlier though I had paid for the full stay of 3 nights. When I told the front lobby clerk about the cockroah , all he had to say was ' what a bug'. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked this hotel based on the website claiming an onsite restaurant. There was no restaurant in the hotel and we had to live on The Waffle house, dominoes and gas station food for four days! Several mornings we went down to use pool and it had not be opened by the time allotted. There were cups filled with cigarette butts left on the stairs our whole […] four night stay. Along with a bees nest under one stairway. Large dead moths were left in the walk way during our whole stay. The staff was not unfriendly, but not helpful. curtains had stains on them, electrical outlets were loose (couldn't hold charger), and couldn't find front desk clerk for ~ 8 min when tried to check in

I ended up having to extend my stay. My original stay was for 5 nights and added 3 nights. I was surprised that I was not offered any additional savings for my room, and I believe I was charged more than the original cost of the rooms. won't be staying there next visit, will stay across the street for cheaper rates.

Outside trash cans were dirty and smelly. Staff said that trash was picked up on weekends. A/C drained on to walk area out side of room.

The staff was hard to understand and not all together communication wise.I called 5 hours before I arrived and switched from a single king non-smoking to two queens non-smoking and when I opened my door there was a king. I had to walk all the way back to the front to switch keys. Also it is kind of a shady place at night, I had my 4 month old son, fiance, […] and his brother with me and I went out to get some snacks and got asked if I was "working also" by what looked like a hooker and lots of men stopped me to tell me how "nice" I looked and I honestly felt like I couldn't let my guard down...I was dressed modestly as my fiance's family is VERY conservative (the girls don't wear pants ONLY skirts)so I wasn't asking for attention. When we check in, we check in for three people however the room was for only two. Towels for two, and there was no linen or blankets ready for the sofa bed. The shower could have been cleaner. But overall it was OK

I got better than what you'd typically expect from a hotel that only costs about $65 a night. The only real issue I had was some noisy neighbors, but they either chilled out or left by nine that night. The walls are thin, but other than that, I thought the place was great. Everything was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Very modern hotel and the manager was pleasant and helpful.I have paid more at other hotels and received less.

I would like to thank the Baymont Hotel company for an outstanding stay. The room was even better than I had hoped. The bed was very comfortable and large. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would request to improve is the bath towel size and quality. Other than that we were very pleased.

I am a business woman that travels alone. If I had seen more pictures of the hotel, I would not have stayed there. The price was very reasonable and I was trying to keep expenses down. The lobby area and breakfast room was very clean and well-kept. The room was adeqate - bed was ok and it was mostly clean, but the lock on the door had been patched and […] moved. It looked like it had been broken into at some point. The maintenance was not good. The room had an overall shabby feel. The other thing that I really disliked was that the room opened out to the parking lot. The people that worked there were very nice and helpful. Let me start by saying, the hotel staff was incredibly and accomodating, but that was about it. First off, hotel key didn't work after check-in, had to go back down. Room had a weird odor, but decided to deal with it. Went to wash my face in the sink, only to find out the drain pipe under the sink wasn't connected and water went everywhere. A non smoking room, that reeked of smoke. Bathroom had mold and dirt in corners and seams, carpet shredded at bathroom entry, carpet had not been thoroughly vacuumed. It is very hard to believe the 8 rave reviews of this place, putting it at the top of all hotels/motels in Covington, GA, weren't done by management or owners.
