Room was clean, staff was friendly, check in staff was great. Would stay again.

Was my fifth stay at Days Inn, coming to attend and participate in annual Mad-City Model Train show at Alliant Energy Center. 45th annual this 2012. I am a member of Southern Wisconsin Sandhouse Crew HO scale modular model railroad club and we erect our 15-foot wide, 50-foot long sets of 30-inch wide tables as one of the about 40 operating display layouts […] at the show. Was seventh year we participated at the show.....we were formed in 2005. We have a lot of fun doing it. it is a lot of work setting up the tables-modules, but we and the show attendees love it. and the show had a VERY good crowd this year. We came to Madison for a funeral and because of a bad storm, got in very late. It was wonderful to find a clean, quiet room where we could unwind. And when I discovered after getting home that my boots were missing, the staff took care of it. I got my boots today in the mail, and am grateful for that! Thanks, Days Inn!

i was in the 2nd floor sleeping, with my window facing front of hotel. and at the entrance people usually are outside smoking their cigs, and some drunks or stupid people were loud from 2am to 4is am annoying the hell out of me and family. move smoke locations

This was our first time staying at the Days Inn. We were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Would come back again.

We enjoyed our stay! Very clean, updated rooms, comfotable, slept well. When we left and came back we actually were given more towels without having to ask. Any other place I have ever stayed, I have always had to ask for more of something. We never once had to ask for anything. It was refreshing! Spa tub in the room was great. My sister left her cell phone charger in the room and didn't discover it for a day or two. When we went back, they had it in a plastic bag with her room number on it. so nice.

A good location in a very quiet area. The beds were great. Just a little noisy - we could hear the showers being used and people talking. Thin walls!!!

Limited choices of fruit and cereal. Cereal not brand names. No one at front desk at check in or check out. Had to wait for someone to show up.

At night it was difficult to find the hotel as one has to use a service road. One can see the hotel but was not easy to find the road at night.

Plenty of food choices nearby, although the roads here are arranged like spaghetti. The place is clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small.

We chose this hotel based on its location to the family wedding we were in town for. The hotel staff was great but the beds were uncomfortable and we didn't realize until after the 1st night that the reason our room was so warm was the air had not been turned on and was just running the fan. Hotel was easy to get to with the map I got with the online service. Staff was helpful too when I asked where good place to eat. Would use this hotel again if I'm in the area again. Keep up the good work. Thanks again

Can't argue the value for this hotel.

The beds were very comfortable and the showers had a lot of pressure, would definitely stay there again.

the one and only complaint i could possibly have was that i had a first floor room, and you could hear when people were wlaking arounf upstairs...... not nearly enough to keep me awake though, just passing it along

The edges and corners of the carpeted areas should be more thoroughly cleaned. However, the rest of the place seemed clean and it's very convenient.

I chose the hotel because I'm on a budget. I was worried that it might not be up to my standards, but I was surprised in a positive way. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk that checked me in was outstanding. I got a bargain price and got more than I expected in value for my staff.

Other than our non-smoking room smelling awfully smokey, the hotel was nice. The kids enjoyed the pool and having the 2 queen beds in the room was much nicer than just full beds.

The hotel was lovely. The parking lot area was a little bit hard to find, but once found was easy enough to access. I felt completely safe leaving my car in the parking lot and coming or going at night. The reception room and dining area looked fancy and well taken care of. We were very happy with our stay. The only thing was that the air conditioner turns on / off when it gets the room cool enough and it kept waking us up when it switched on and off. Perhaps there was a way to make it not do that.

Very Basic. Hard bed. Shampoo was more like dish washing detergent. Towls were ragged and off colored. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very adequate. Enjoyed the pool. Only observation-no one at the front desk when I went thru the lobby. except on check out morning.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. All OK for the money.

We had five rooms at the Days Inn in Madison and we all loved it! The beds were comfortable and had tons of pillows. The front desk guy was great and the pool wasn't huge but it was decent sized. Enjoyed our stay!

I wouldn't say that this was the best hotel I've ever stayed it, but it was fine. It was clean and we got a good night's rest. The only thing that really bothered me was that I could smell cigarette smoke in the halls. I didn't notice it in my room, but it was quite heavy in the hallway. Excellent value! Nice, clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location. Stayed here for several days. They also just installed new flat screen TVs in the rooms. Could use some better soundproofing on doors and windows and a better recipe for their biscuits and gravy.

The hotel was ok, good location. It was clean and the people were friendly for the most part. There was one young lady in the evening that acted as if we were bothering her texts or phone calls or whatever if we needed something. The rooms were very clean, the shower curtain rod was coming away from the wall, no big deal, we mentioned it and they were […] gonna send someone to check it out. The pool was nice, a little cold. The only complaint, the internet service in their business center was HORRIBLE, it took forever to load and kicked you off most of the time. For the price, it was ok I would stay again.
