Went for a weekend to visit my daughter during a big basketball game at U of Madison. Too many students were loud and running through the hallways at about midnight, there was also a lot of noise coming from the room above us. When I tried calling the front desk to complain about the noise, no one answered. Will not go back.

Stayed at the Radisson over Christmas. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very accomodating. I would recommend to anyone staying on the west side of Madison.

Our recent stay at the hotel was just OK... the front desk clerk was so friendly and helpful! There were a few items that we did not like about the hotel. The sleep number beds were awful!!! We had 8 people in our party and not one person had a good thing to say about them. I would most likely NOT stay at a hotel with the same kind of beds again. Also, […] the pool had way to much chemicals in it... you could taste it in your mouth the moment you walked into the pool area. 2 out of our 3 kids got rashes from how much chemicals were in the pool. This is something that they should really get under control. Over all I would say that I would prob not stay at this location again unless these items being the bed comfort and the pool which is mainly what people look for to be great features when they look for a hotel to stay at. We enjoyed the hotel. Food was great and they have an awesome bartender.

Great stay! Nice rooms and breakfast included. Will stay there again. Comfy beds/pillows and great bar area!

We stayed at the Radisson because we were attending the Badger Game. It was easy to find and we were happy to know they had a shuttle to the game. It was $5.00 per person each way. If we had to wish for anything different, we would have liked them to have a later shuttle after the game. We first booked this hotel to be close to our daughter who started at U. Madison, but had to remain after Hurricane Irene delayed our flight back east by 4 days. We found that the ambiance, professionalism, care and service remained very high during our entire stay from the front desk, to the dining area to the housekeeping staff. Please acknowledge […] this service. The hotel ambiance, pool area and room were all very comforting. Staff are friendly and the hotel included breakfast and Internet. My wife liked it.

That was one smelly room. Smelled like an animal had died nearby. Also, the hallway smelled like chemicals. Maybe they were trying to deal with the nasty smell?

Thought the hotel is older the Radisson offers a great price for a decent room, w/ a sleep number bed to boot.

Hotel was nice, stayed for a couple of nights with my family. Close to shopping and easy accessible to other areas.

My wife and I had a great stay. We had double beds she got the one without the sleep number bed. I slept good she didn't sleep as well so she said. we enjoyed our self..

The internet did not work in the hotel room. I had reserved a king size bed but was given a full or queen instead. The sleep number feature was not working properly and was stuck on the same number all night long, even after repeated attempts to change it. I was also unable to arrive for the first night of my two night stay but was unable to cancel […] because I was on hold and there was nobody available to speak with every time I called. Eight of us had motorcycled to Madison and needed a convenient location to House on the Rock, our key destination. But with that many people to accommodate (many having special needs requests), the search was quite challenging. The Radisson had it all. The beds were gorgeous and comfortable (4 of us personally own Select Comforts), nice workout room, […] bar and restaurant with a substantial complimentary breakfast. We especially enjoyed the bartender, Paul. Very entertaining and efficient. The only downside that I saw was the dated interior design to our room (I kept mentally rearranging the space) and an odd chemical-like smell in the room that we were able to get used to in short order. We didn't like the sleep number beds and the lounge closed quite early. Other than that, we thought the Hotel was very nice

My daughter and I had a very pleasent stay at the Radisson. It was our family reunion there and they made sure they took nice care of us and our needs.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the quality of service we received at the Radisson in Madison WI. From the front desk staff, to housekeeping to dining room staff, we received first class service. Special thanks to the breakfast staff who held the complimentary breakfast when we arrived late. The room had a smell like shoe polish of fuel oil and beds weren't that great.

Overall enjoyed stay. Comp breakfast very good compared to other hotels. Wished there was small refrigerators in room.

It is a nice, clean, and safe hotel. It needs up dating. The wallpaper was shabby, had been poorly patched. Otherwise it was livable.

we arrived home, I unpacked & realized my sweater was mising, so realized I left it on the bed. I sent the hotel an email and still have not heard from them. I gave them our room #, so expected a quicker reply. Other than that, the hotel has a good breakfast with hot items to choose from. It's in a good neighborhood so it was quiet.

We realy enjoyed our stay in Radisson. The room was quiet, and clean. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and the service was just excellent. Two thumbs up all the say.

NIce bed and nice location, but I was surprised at the run down nature of the building. Also, my room was stinky. Couldn't place the smell, but it was bothersome.

VERY pleasantly surprised by this budget-friendly find in Madtown. So many details to mention - excellent shower temperature and water pressure, VERY comfortable bed, thermostat in the room with quiet, programmable system, state-of-the-art filtration in swimming pool and hot tub, arcade, brand-new fitness center, computers AND printers, hot breakfast […] in a real restaurant FREE, very friendly staff (even housekeepers and maintenance guys said "hi" in the hallways) - I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. The hotel did not have any King beds available the first night. After several attempts to prod the staff, I was able to get a King bed the second night. The rooms on the first floor are in need of remodeling. There is nothing special about this hotel, but a decent place to stay for a night or two for the money. We were just on a trip and stayed in 3 different hotels prior to this one. This one was rated low by all of our family members. The room was very old. The bathroom door handle was falling off. The service at the front desk was great, room very clean, number bed comfortable, breakfast buffet good.

The hotel was very nice, but little things could use some updating: The toilet in our room had rust stains between the tank and the seat, and water spots on the floor behind the toilet.
