We were hoping for a short getaway, a beautiful hotel with nice people, conveniently located, and reasonably priced. We got all that and MORE! We had such an amazing time. The staff was genuinely nice, helpful and clearly dedicated to making our stay a real pleasure. They sure succeeded. We can't wait to go back for more!

"worst 5 star I've ever stayed in"
At check in my debit card was charged $1367 for no particular reason since my hotel was already paid for. I was told after the fact that it is a hotel policy to have a $300 safety deposit for the room. This still doesn't explain the $1367 charge. It will take up to 10 business days for a refund. The room was small and very unimpressive. The beds were […] small and uncomfortable. The headboard design was like in a dorm. When I spoke to the assistant hotel manager about all the issues, she was very patronizing and gave me a one night valet refund ... Ďalšie informácie
"Totally awesome!"
The hotel is absolutely wonderful! The service was excellent, they provide free rides within a 2 mile radius in a Rolls Royce! It seriously can't get better! The hotel and rooms are clean, neat, well organized, spacious, well lit, with great view. We had a wonderful time at the hotel...totally recommend it!

Unbearably noisy room. Private rooms were including interleading bedroom leased out for commercial enterprises. Animated lectures (in preparation for Oscars) were held in bedrooms nd disturbed me for two days and nights. Very unsatisfactory procedure to rent bedrooms for such commercial activities.
"Just about perfect"
The room we had was a suite - beautifully furnished and squeaky clean. Every employee addressed me by name and performed their service with professionalism and good cheer. As a special treat the hotel had a house car that took us to places that were nearby. My first ride in a Rolls Royce! I felt like a movie star.
