My family & I enjoyed our stay. The beds are very comfortable. My children enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was good, but it goes quickly & there wasn't enough seating during certain times when the other guests came in. I wish the wifi had been free. "An ok economical choice"
The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed when there was a huge party of kids. The rooms on the backside of the hotel were noisy when the trash collection began at 5am but the staff was immediatelyresponsive and apologetic and made amends right away - so that counts big tie. We missed tHe breakfast which ends at 9am ( at other ESs it ends at 9:30) […] overal, an ok stay for the price. This is a converted Hilton so it doesn't have the open airy feeling of most ES . We've stayed there many times to visit our daughter in college. It's very nice to have a separate bedroom and living room. She can stay with us and have her own TV. "Great family hotel"
Great family hotel if you have kids traveling with you. The indoor pool isn't big and the hot tub they have isn't jetted. However, that was ok. Being inside was great. We saw lots of kids enjoying the pool, which was nice. Our room was very nice. You get a tv in the living room and the bedroom. The staff was great. Free breakfast was great and the staff […] there are really nice. there are 24 hour fast food restaurants nearby, which makes it a great location. Overrall, was a great experience. However, if you want to get away from everything or have a romantic night together, wouldn't stay here. It can be pretty loud with kids running around. But, it's a great family hotel. "Great Embassy Suites!"
Super clean, super convenient and super comfy. The eating area is small so the flow gets a little crazy when busy at breakfast time, but that would be my only complaint. I like that this is not a traditional open atrium Embassy Suites. Makes it much quieter!

The stay in the hotel was a memorable one. We had a great happenings on Christmas Eve when everybody in the family enjoy it. My husband was very impressed on the cleanliness of the room and the courtesy of the housekeeping. The lady that cleans our room was very courteous and always happy to do the job.

Great location. Only one problem that I had was there were like 12 kids at one time in the hot tub. Age range was 7 - 12. Not healthy or safe, no one from the hotel monitors the pool area.

I've always loved staying at the Embassy Suites no matter where the location. My kids loved that they had a separate room with a TV. The hotel was nice enough and the buffet breakfast is terrific. However, the location of the hotel leaves much to desire. It doesn't seem like it's in a nice area, it was as close to Great America as we had hoped and I […] could hear the highway from our room making it difficult to sleep. We enjoy the Embassy Suites brand and especially love the value of a dependably nice, spacious room and the cooked to order breakfast. We were disappointed that the hotel did not offer shuttle service to Great America, especially since they have Great America showcased in their name. Instead, we paid $12 for parking which was okay. As far as check-in yes, when we got to the room, air con was not on -- all lights were shut off which was not inviting, and the pull out couch had stains on it's cover sheets. The suite's door to the back room did not close all the way and was stuck bed had a strange smell to it and the pillow covers had stains on them as well. the bathroom toilet […] ran on and on for a good min or 2 after the flush, just noisy in general breakfast was good -- except for the receptionist, kept cutting off my mom when she spoke. then when she gave us the check she kept checking if we gave her a card or not when we were not ready to leave. i'm not quite happy with this stay, the last time I stayed here it was better. I almost wanted my money back, but i'm pretty passive aggressive and did not argue, though i do feel a bit cheated and did not experience the hotel as I use to. not a good experience this time. I was expecting a decent place but was pleasantly surprised at just how nice it was. The room was big, microwave, fridge, very clean, updated, easy access from freeway, nice staff, in great condition and all for a fantastic price. The hotel was located near Great America and the Santa Clara convention center. The price I paid at hotels.com was very reasonable. We had a two room suite which made watching TV very convenient. I would gladly stay there again. They gave us an extended check out so I didn't have to pack before going back to the convention center for a few hours. We stayed for our wedding night and it was perfect. The rooms are spacious and we had a living room area to enjoy our first breakfast as husband and wife. I was really happy that we stayed here. The breakfast buffet is great and for the price we paid well worth it.
