My husband and I had such a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back! It was a pretty rainy evening so we utilized the convenient tunnels to get back and forth from Circle Center Mall and our other downtown destinations. The most comfortable bed ever and that makes it well worth any rate! We were surprised by an "upgrade". The hotel amenities and common areas were great and location was fantastic, but the room seemed to be lacking in size, style, and updates I've come to expect from Westin. Felt like I should've gotten a much nicer room for what I paid.

Everything was perfect for my stay except for the additional $10/day charge to access WiFi from my room. They did offer free WiFi and convenient power outlets next to the chairs in the lobby lounge, but more and more hotels are realizing that WiFi is like water, soap and shampoo to travelers now (especially younger ones). This was a nice place to stay for one night. The bathroom was a bit too small. Nice room, very comfortable but with a bathroom that small I would not want to stay here more than a night or too. If I was strictly business with no spouse then I would consider staying longer.

Too expensive for the small room no internet and the room looked like it was from the 70s. Could hardly get in the bathroom it was so small. But we paid lots of cash for this no breakfast no internet small ugly room. I'd never go there again.

They charged us more for are stay then are reservations paper said did not relize to a few days later. Was very dissappointed in that matter. We don't know if it is to late to say anything. Thanks Mrs McDaniels

It is absolutely ridiculous to pay 27.00 per day to self park after paying the rates at the hotel. On top of that they charge for internet.

Hotel was excellent.If weren't for the rowdy crowd on the 12th floor the stay would have been fantastic.

Only problem we had was with the Valet parking. Because of the SuperBowl being there they had the front blocked off. The valet parking was a mess. We got double charged for parking, BUT as soon as I call The Westin they had no problem refunding what was needed. Very nice hotel, nice people. Great rate from Hotels.com!

We got switched to this hotel because there was some confusion with our other hotel, and we could not have been happier! It was amazing. The staff is inviting, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the room service was great. There is even a great view on either side of the hotel.

We had a great time at the Westin in Indianapolis. Although the weather was cold, we loved the fact that we could travel through and to the mall and some other surrounding hotels. We are thinking of coming back when the weather is warmer to do more sight-seeing.

I've stayed at a number of Westins and this one was bordering on shabby. Maybe its regularly overrun by conventioneers due to its location hence its wear and tear. It was pretty much a ghost town during our two night stay. Leaky faucet in bathroom, slow drain in tub, light bulbs out in bathroom, coffee maker broken. Stafff was pleasant and location […] good. Very nice hotel. Clean and very attentive staff.

I paid for a king suite with a fountain few but when we checked in our room was a basic room with two double beds. I paid the extra premium for the king suite. The hotel service desk simply said we have given your room to someone else and made no attempt to look for another one or offer any discounts etc . I don't feel like they tried to satisfy the […] customer at all. Was very please with the location of the hotel and the skywalk connecting to the circle center mall.. It was a great experience! Bed was very comfortable, pillows were perfect! Would have liked a fan in the bathroom but that is all I found wrong in the room! Thanks Westin, for a nice experience!

We reserved a king size bed but when we checked in all that was available was a handicap accessible king or 2 "Queen" beds overlooking the fountain. We chose the two queen beds since the room provided a better view. However, the fountain was not operating and the two "queen" beds were actually "double" beds. Had we known this, we would have chosen the […] king size room. Also, the soundproofing was non-existent so you heard everything and there was no way to turn the fan "on" to help block the noise. We stayed in the downtown location for New Years Eve with our 2 teen girls. I felt like this was a very family friendly location compared to other downtown locations we have stayed at on New Years Eve. I know this is a night to party, but we didnt want to leave the girls in the hotel while we went out for a drink, if there were a lot of drunk people […] running around in the hotel like I have experienced in other locations. (Embassy Suites, Omni) Nice location, comfy beds, well heated. A few downsides I found were when I booked the room it said I would have a fountain few room and the front desk told me it didnt matter because the fountains werent working, but either way the view would have been much nicer than the gas plant we could see. Bathroom fans need to be installed. And do not touch the refrigerators because they will charge your room for a $5 pack of M&M's for just moving them. The hotel itself was clean, location great, staff friendly and helpful, but the walls are so thin you can hear everything. If anyone talks in the hallway...even if whispering...it is amplified in the rooms. I think for the price I would try somewhere else.

The hotel was nice but the rooms were old and dirty Stains in carpet walls marked up not clean .

All in all, this hotel is great. The people are lovely and ready to help and the facilities are well maintained and clean. The details left me a little cold. Like: 1. Why no exhaust fan in the bathroom?? Who wants to hear someone else's er, business? Even if they do love them? Privacy, please! 2. Horrible fluorescent lighting in the bathroom. No […] matter how much makeup I applied, I still looked like a zombie hooker. In the light of day, I looked like...a non-zombie hooker. 3. How much do you want for the internet? Really? Please please stop gouging us! You can gouge me for valet (and they did...charged much more than the fancier Westin in Alexandria) because it's a luxury. But for the internet? It just smacks of greed. Free internet with your room! If Starbucks can afford it, so can you, Mr. Westin. Other than those details, it's a nice place. I reserved two rooms at the Westin and my wife and the other couple checked in while I tried to find a place to park. Parking for the weekend cost me $62 dollars form Friday to Sunday ( I ended parking at the hotel lot). Both of us brough our kids and I was surprised to find that I and my friends had singles. Since I was running late to my event I did […] not have time to correct the mistake. Later that evening I was able to get my rooms changed. I came to find out when my friends complained that the other worker todl him that they were overbooked but when I talked to them (a different person) they easily changes our room to two doubles in which were on my reservation (through Hotels.com). Stayed at this hotel al few days after a long international flight so were very 'jet lagged.' Thank heavens for the extremely comfortable bed and quality linen.

Overall hotel was great, walls are extremely thin and some sort of musical convention was going on and they played instruments all day and night!!!

Truly one of the worst hotels I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. I was booked in for the week and anticipated the luxurious elegance of the Westin hotels in which I had previously stayed in Europe. I arrived to find something of an entirely different nature. The rooms had not been updated since an unfortunate choice of decor in the early 1990s. […] They were horrid. The colour of cat faeces including the carpet. The bathroom was so small that I had to stand at the side of the toilet to close the door and gain access to the shower. I checked out at 4am the next morning and moved to the Conrad, which is a very good hotel. Even when I upgraded to a suite, the rooms were still decorated in this horrific style and had the minute bathroom. Electrics were antiquated and the aircon noisy. Awful. Awful. Awful. Wall are so thin you can hear the people in the next room snore. People were loud on the halls and running up and down the halls all night. There was a party in the room next to mine that went on unti the wee hours of the morning.

The room and bathroom were small. The bathroom shower was dirty lokked like mold. The beds were very comfortable and it was a very convenient location for the football game. Our room was in need of an update!
