"Quiet, beautiful hotel"
I needed a night away from my toddler, and this was a great location for that. Very comfortable and clean, quiet, great sleep number bed, and wonderful pillows! Very safe and convenient location.

"very enjoyable stay"
We went to the North Dallas area for a fun 2 day get-away. This was a great place to stay for the price and location. The hotel was clean, the room was large and comfortable with some nice amenities. The staff was friendly. The only downside was that I don't care for sleep-number beds.
They need more than one Desk Clerk at busy hours. The beds were very hard. Also I booked a room with King bed and got double beds.

pcs in the business center are old and slow. since pcs are quite inexpensive nowadays, may consider upgrading.

Experience was pleasant, but beds were not near as comfortable as the beds at same chain in Minneapolis , MN. Bathroom door was in awkward spot and rather small. Service was very good.

If the price is right, it's a good hotel. I had a problem with the a/c and they moved me no problem. Rooms are clean, service is friendly and well trained.

We stopped at the hotel on our way home from leaving a cruise ship out of New Orleans, on our way home to Wichita. After a very long day of travel, the luxurious room was just what we needed. "Nice hotel at a decent price"
We stayed at the DoubleTree Dallas-Richardson because of a seminar that we were attending. It was a very comfortable room and friendly staff. It is not convenient to either DFW or Love Field, so no shuttle and cab fare is high.

I thought the DoubleTree was a good hotel. A couple of things that I did not love, but not enough to keep me from staying there. One, I booked a King room and was staying for 5 nights. I got to my room and it was 2 doubles. I called the front desk and was told that there were no King rooms avaiable for the time I was going to be there. I would have […] thought that since I was staying there that long, my request would have taken precedent over someone just staying one night. Also, my room was the closest to the elevator. It was not incredibly loud, but I did feel uneasy that every time I got off the elevator, people saw me go directly into my room. To me, it seemed that there must be regulars and since I was a new customer, perhaps I did not get the same treatment. I will say that Casey at the front desk was very helpful and polite. Been a few years since I stayed in a Double Tree and I remember it being nicer. Tiny room and we got two double beds rather than the queen we reserved. It was ok for the price.

Anything taht I needed- Towels for the pool....done Towels for the room....done Bellman w/ cart to room....done Great roomservice and maid service. Will stay here again And the pool has a chiller on it so when it was 119.4 degrees in July the water was cold.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and really kept up with requests for extra towels, etc,,, The only room for improvement is a restaurant opening for lunch and a refrigerator in the rooms. Besides that, even the price for the room was good.

The Doubletree in Richardson is close to the Central Expressway, so it is convenient to get to other places north of Dallas. There is not a lot to do right around the hotel, not even good shopping or restaurants. I spent much of my time in my room because of an injured leg. From the moment we arrived at the hotel to to time we checked out the stay was wonderful. I loved the sleep number bed, the room had a microwave, and a refrigerator, although it was not needed because there are plenty of nice eating places nearby. Everything was OK, except for the room temp was a little too warm for me. I tried to adjust the thermometer, but it did not do much. I had to turn off the heater, and the room temp cooled down a little. Other than that it is a nice hotel.
"One great deal"
I got an excellent deal through Hotels.com. The pictures do not do the hotel justice because it is way nicer and cleaner in person. There is a Starbucks and Pot Belly right in the same parking lot. Their breakfast each morning was excellent and priced very nice. Also, the gym, which is important to me, was very nice and convenient (for a hotel gym). "Wonderful Stay"
The staff was friendly and helpful. The warm cookie was a very nice gesture. The room was beautiful, very spacious, the bed was soft and clean. Only bad thing the bathroom was small but it was a small price to pay for the stay.

"DoubleTree in Campbell - Great all around value"
I was quite satisfied with my stay. The room was neat, the beds were comfortable, the sheets and comforters were high quality and clean, and the breakfast buffet was a great value. A few of the downsides -- the limited selection of channels on the TV, and the default aspect ratio was incorrect making the picture look stretched; there was no room refrigerator; […] the vending machine on the floor required $1.00 minimum, but only accepted quarters.
