We had two minor complaints: upon arrival the hallway smelled like smoke (our non-smoking room did not, so this wasn't too upsetting); and upon checkout the computer system was down so we were unable to get a receipt (because we had already paid thru hotels.com, this was no problem either). Hallways smell like smoke. Our bathroom smelled like smoke ++. Non-smoking room. The rest of room was ok. Hot. But we just left window open and it was ok. Phoned front desk to tell them bedside phone not working properly and bathroom smelled of smoke (not much could be done about this but we didn't want them to think it was us) they said they would […] send maint. Never seen them. Picture above bed fell off and hit me on the head in middle of night. I told the lady at the front desk this and she replied that we should have phoned the front desk when it happened. She said we could have been moved to another room?? Was told at check in no more rooms available and it was the middle of night. We weren't packing up for another room. Would not likely stay here again. With all the oil activity in the area, hotels are busy so they don't really care what the average person thinks. But.. This oil business won't be around forever!! Ďalšie informácie

the rooms are very small. good thing we are not fat people cause no roomto move in the rooms . bath room no counte r to put your stuff on. the brekfast was a joke. and the hot tub was cool,warm.can't believe they are still in business.will not rec a mend to anyone

Front Desk somewhat less then enthusastic No heat in Rroom called desk would make a note, not sure what that meant cuz they didn't fix it for the 2nd night, Room was small and somewhat dated but reasonably clean

The first room I was given the tv didn't work when I wanted to change rooms the front desk lady gave me an attitude. It was Super Bowl Sunday and the game was on so you would think I was a little frustrate. The room she gave me had no towels, and was so small there was about Two feet on each side of the crappy queen size bed......nuff said!!

The price is ridiculous! I know there is an oil boom right now in ND, but these hotels should not be taking advantage of people. My room was EXTREMELY smoky and small. However, the bed was comfortable, and once I febreezed the room, it was bearable.

It was ok, but not for the price we paid. I would expect more for the price. They were working on updating the outside of the building.

T he motel was very conveniently located near highway access and was easy to find. Many restaurants were nearby as were several shopping opportunities - - Target, groceries, etc. The room was clean and the cleaning staff did a very good job at keeping rooms and hallways spiffy. The breakfast was just average with only a few items.It was good if waffles […] are a favorite. The desk staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The only reason you would stay here, is, you couldn't stay anywhere else..... my unfortunate predicament!!! I stayed at A QUALITY(what Days Inn has in most cities) hotel, the Comfort Inn, with 2 queen beds ton's of room.... CLEAN!!! for alot cheaper...... then had to move to the Day's Inn... Front desk staff was very helpful, and hotel was very clean. However, the room was tiny, with barely room to walk between the tv stand and bed. The hotel is also very dated - our bedspread looked like something from the early 80s. For the price of the room, I expected something more up to date. We attempted breakfast at 9:20 on Sunday morning. It was […] like locusts had swept through. For the same price per night, I had stayed at 4+ star hotels in san francisco and San Diego. This hotel was adequate at best. The side door was supposed to be locked at night, but could just be pulled open without a key card. All the rooms had the residual stale stench of cigarette smoke lingering in the air. We had to cut the trip short, and the manager […] wasn't on duty to allow us to get out early and had to pay for the empty room for the third night. Breakfast was a joke, the fresh fruit was rotten, and everything else was either sugar-based or inedible. The mattresses were all sunken and uncomfortable. This hotel is clean and acceptable. But it is very-outdated in decor. Pool is nice its saline instead of chlorine. Breakfast is moderate.

My stay would have been much more enjoyable if I had not been given a smoking room. The smell was pretty overwhelming and there was a cigarette butt on the floor under one of the beds. I had requested a non smoking room but there was a disclaimer that said "room preference can not be guaranteed". If I had read the small print earlier and known there […] was a chance I would be stuck in a smoking room, I probably would have picked a different hotel. The hotel's good points are it's location, easy to find and a lot to do nearby, the staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms are pretty comfortable. Ďalšie informácie

remote didn't work, girl at the front said that there was nothing she could do about it. There were instructions on the inside where the batteries go, we rest the control but it still wouldn't work. The staff didn't seem to want to go out of their way to make our stay most enjoyable.

room was VERY small and cramped. really overpriced!

Room was small and somewhat cramped but clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy location to negotiate around town.

I'm never staying here again. Very old hotel and not maintained at all.

This may be a good choice for the motoring traveler, but not for an Amtrak arrival. The hotel is tucked deep in a parking lot off the freeway with no sidewalk connections to the central city. Rooms are efficient, but small. Breakfast is modest and uses styrofoam utensils - not "green".

The hotel was fine. The room was very quiet, adequate size, nicely furnished, the staff very helpful, the free breakfast good but limited. The only downside was that our room was not particularly clean when we arrived, was not cleaned at all for one of our four nights, and was not vacuumed for our entire stay. Nice place, just not very clean.

Not a lot of perks, but it was clean. The staff was very nice and helpfull.

It was a fair price and a fair room. A little tight in the room but comfortable and clean.
