Here are the problems I experienced at this hotel: 1) Appearance: Slight hole in closet door; chips in furniture 2) Cleanliness: Earring of past customer lying in middle of floor 3) Service: Asked for a razor...was given a complimentary razor. Got in shower to shave legs, and there was no blade in the razor! 4) Darkness: The curtains emitted light around […] the edges...not quite wide enough for size of window. Lots of switches and devices around the room that lit up the room all night! 5) Noise: 5AM on Friday morning there was a dumpster pick up for trash outside my window. At 8AM, kids were running up the halls on the 3rd floor and down the halls on 2nd floor. Could not find number for front desk to ask them to intervene. Had to walk downstairs to get help. The location was excellent, but the interior appearence of the hotel was a bit aged. The beds were too lumpy and the windows are glued shut. The location of the pool was not appropriate, being that the floors to the elevator were consistently wet and you had to watch where you were stepping so you don't slip and fall. We chose this hotel because it was a suite and would sleep our family of 6. We were additionally excited about the pool with the cool slide. However, once there we discovered the pool is really only about the slide and has next to no swimming area. There's an additional pool outside, but this was not helpful to us in March. When we returned from the […] pool we found ants in two different locations and noticed some general grime in hard to reach places that clearly didn't get cleaned enough. The staff was kind enough to give us another room. This one did not have the ants, but did still have deep clean issues that I look for when I pay to stay somewhere. For instance, the counter between the microwave and the wall. Also the comforters had some stains on them that were likely there a long time and not anything to probably worry about, but we chose to pull them off our beds anyway. Other than those things it was fine. The pull out couch is not really comfy at all. The breakfast was just fine. Very standard, but well stocked. Overall, I would give our stay a rating of 3. This motel was not clean and had many maintenance issues such as chunks out of walls and window not closing to the locked position. We also had many times that the keys wouldnt work until swipes several times. I would not stay here again. The staff was wonderful and accomadating.

Great hotel good suites with modern flat screen TV's Also have 6-8 Movie channels not just HBO like most hotels. Also situated at the North end of Acaemy Blvd close to shopping malls, Restauarants etc. Staff good, and warm. Usual good simple breakfast.

I was there for a total of 7 days with my family.I was there to see off my eldest son for deployment.Free breakfast came with cow wave on the wall behind the break fast bar.I don't know if the hotel ever got a health inspection since they have breakfast.The rock hard bread and other food stuff does not have any tag for date,no supervision.Front office […] people always keeping head down to the computer.There was only 7 rooms booked in entire hotel(you can verify the numbers)forgot that hotel guests makes their paycheck .Does not want to see anyone cumming or going , busy smoking by front door which was very disgusting.I had to say Hallo and smile to them since it didn't cost me a dime.None of the stuff greet or said hallo on my 7day stay .Seemed to me hotel is on auto pilot. My husband and child are both allergic to feathers. Therefore I cannot sleep on a feather pillow. When asked for pillows (yes plural), and comforters that are not down, I was looked at as if I had sprouted a horn on my forehead. I was then informed that the entire hotel only had 1 pillow (yes 1!), and no comforters that were not feather. We arrived late on a Saturday night. I walked in to a girl at the front desk chatting with a friend on her cell phone. She gave me eye contact but didn't get off her phone right away. She continued with her conversation a minute or 2 after I was just standing at the counter looking right at her. The check in wasn't smooth because she couldn't figure […] something out and had to call the guy from the hotel next door to come and help her. I asked for a wake up call when I checked in and used the phone in the room to set one.... did not receive either. I also asked her for a lat e check out and she said the latest was noon... and I told her to put me down. We were getting ready in our room and around 11am the next morning the front desk staff was banging on out door saying "11 o'clock time to check out." Since I was in the shower I did not get to the door and he actually opened the door!!!!! I had the chain lock on so he couldn't get in all the way. But he left the door ajar so I had to get out in my towel to shut it all the way. I called the front desk and said I had asked for a late check out and I guess she never put it down. The night girl also put a bill my door that was not me but my name and and showed the wrong address and credit card. I was not happy with that at all. When we checked out.. the front desk guy was smoking in front of the hotel door and put his cigarette down to walk back in and check us out. Both staff members looked ghetto and were not dressed professional at all. They were dressed in sweats and jeans. Aside from the front desk screw ups.... the rooms were very nice and comfortable and the continental breakfast was nice. The day desk clerk was absolutely the best. The night desk clerk not at all. She was outside smoking when we came and she let us know with her attitude that she didn't like that we interrupted her. She wouldn't even look at us. She asked me for information that I had already given the day clerk and he assured me that he had all the information that […] was needed. The motel was to be 7 miles from my destination - it was about 20 miles. The room needed deep cleaning - you could see on the carpet where the vacuum couldn't reach near the walls. The floor in the bathroom was gross behind the door. Used cups left next to the bed. Did like the fact that I could have the window open. This property boasts a great location, and the staff was wonderful (friendly, helpful, and courteous). Common areas were acceptable. Internet was great. However, the room had phones that did not work, an alarm clock that did not work, and it was dirty in places. However, I did not report these conditions to the front desk. Where do I begin...this hotel was very disappointing. The room did not seem clean (hairs on the sheets and in the tub); the sheets were rough and peeling; there were stains on the walls, headboards, ceiling, and floor; breakfast left a lot to be desired, shower head was horrible; air conditioner did not cool the room...I could go on and on. Check in was quick and easy, and at first glance the hotel is pretty nice. The room was nice, not as clean as I would have liked, but the beds were very comfortable. The pool area was dirty, and had a really bad odor, and the laundry facility was dirty. When we went to turn on the A/C at bedtime we noticed that it didn't stay on, so we had to get a […] fan to help keep the room cooler. I did appreciate the fridge and microwave in the room, and that the room had 2 TV's, so my daughter could watch cartoons while we watched something else. My husband and I were hous hunting with our boys (3 and 7). The bed was comfortable and the boys sleept on a pull out sofa which they said was pretty comfy. The only thing I did not like about our room was the bathroom. It smelt musty and the wallpaper was peeling. Behind the wallpaper was a little spot of mold and it looked like there was leek in the […] room above us at one point. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The boys loved the pool area. There is a small indoor pool that has a small water slide. There was also an outdoor pool and hot tub that we took advantage of. We were coming back from Pagosa Springs and expecting a hotel close to the airport as a previous reviewer had mentioned it was close to the airport, in actuality it is about as far from the airport as you could get in CS. This hotel was by far one of the best hotels my family has stayed at in a long time! From the amazing customer service, to the wonderful free breakfast in a score of one to ten, it was an 11! We started the night with a very kind front desk woman, who went out of her way to turn on their AMAZING Water slide on just so our family could play on it. Our […] room was incredible, and afforadable, we haven't slept like that in a long time!!! Waking up nice and refreshed in the morning we had an amazing breakfast, with I am pretty for sure just about anything you can think of!!! We left and a very nice gentleman had already had us checked out with the express checkout. Nothing needed to do! wonderful! Very friendly front desk and pleasant stay. We were suspicious of the low rates and although the place was showing some signs of use from it's popularity we were not disappointed in the value for the money. A very afforadable getaway that the kids loved with the slide, twice a day.

Bed needs replaced ,sags in middle, located close to I-25 heard highway noise all night. Our fault for picking that location.

I was overall impressed with the hotel it did have some quirks with they way other people were acting at the pool and your hotel front desk person was very attentive about trying to get it under contol...........again i would recommend this hotel to all!!!!!

Very nice hotel...very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Our only wish is that the pool was bigger. It gets very crowded with all of the people wanting to use the slide. Not a lot of room for swimming. But...we will definitely stay there again.

If you are looking for the basics, you will find it here. Just an average hotel with a mediocre breakfast. Staff was friendly enough. Pool was small. Overall, it was clean, the price was right and it was a great location that served our needs.

Enjoyed the stay at Comfort Suites. Nice room and very helpful employees! Breakfast was great and room was very clean! The kids had a great time also, the pool was nice and clean and they loved the slide! Very close to hwy 25 and across the road from Walmart. Will be staying here again when we return to Colorado! The grandkids loved the huge waterslide, but I found this Comfort Suites to be inferior to others we have stayed at. The hot tub was so dirty that we didn't use it. The sofa sleeper bed was very uncomfortable (and we've used the ones in other Comfort Suites!). The room was also considerably smaller and the breakfast food selection was more limited.

Very suprised to learn they had a waterslide in the pool. Great for the kids!

O hotel apresenta uma relação custo x benefício muito boa. Ideal para quem necessita do hotel apenas para pernoite. A localização também é muito boa. O atendimento na recepção foi muito cordial. Recomento.
