This hotel is a local hotel located conveniently to most everything in the Bay Area. As far as hotels go, my room was spacious, comfortable and clean. I was here just to get away from my own home for a few days for some R & R, so this was a good place for me as the price was reasonable. The stairs were just outside of my room and some of the guests were rather noisy late at night/early morning when coming and going. Nothing fancy, but sometimes that isn't necessary. Not bad at all for one of the cheapest hotels around, fridge & microwave in the room is always useful, beds reasonably comfortable, plenty of restaurants and stores nearby

Good value for the money. Parking lot has large pot holes. Walkways and sidewalks need to be pressure washed.

this hotel was a nice change after a cross country drive. the room was nicely updated. my only "complaint" if you will was the amount of towels that kept getting replaced.. 2 instead of the 4 we needed. they have a continental breakfast which was nice. staff very courteous.. and rooms kept nicely. for the same amount as a low budget motel.. we definayely […] got more for our money comfort wise for our two week plus stay. Stayed there three nights. The water in the shower was not even lukewarm. Reported it on the first day -- not fixed on the second. Reported it again -- not fixed ...

It was a nice stay. Closer to public transportation and safe, comfortable.

Do not stay here. Staff is very rude. Accomodations are average at very best.

It was impossible to breath in the room, and luckily it wasn't too cold since the air conditioning only made it worse. Don't expect any shampoo or other shower accessories, the blanket aren't what you would expect either, especially if you need to open the window to breath.

Hotel is very near the doctor's office and hospital we're going to all the time.

The people were very nice the room was clean. The only problem we had was the restroom is small. My husband uses a walker and had a really hard time getting in and out of the restroom.If it had a larger restroom we would of stayed another nite.

The hotel had a musty smell throughout, but everything else was acceptable. Not a high quality place, but i didn't pay a high quality rate either. It does the job for what you pay.

I was surprised at the look and feel of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

room had an odor possible from a smoker.

Friendly desk staff, simple room (a little musty smelling though) and a minimal "continental breakfast". Maybe a little overpriced for the value, but OK.

Very big room! Should make it an extended stay suite. Bad coffee. Could improve breakfast.

Room smells bad, stuffy. People taking shower in next room 5 am sound like they are inside the room. Aircon heating also very noisy. Basic continental breakfast OK (coffee, juice, bagels/ rolls, cereal) but single table in tiny lobby so you might need to take it to room 100 yards away.

I booked a non-smoking room & what i got was a filthy, dirty smoking room. Hotel is very old and furnitures are old smelly pieces of crap.

The only real complaint I have of this hotel was that the bathroom was so very small. I felt I couldnt close the door to use the toilet. (although it was clean)

it was okay not the best not the worst, good customer service from the front staff. if driving a large vehicle you might not make it through the roofway due to 7' clearance. The rooms are an older apartment looking, also there is a main offramp and busy street and the doors have a gap that let light in and its kind of in a shady area.

Stayed for three nights. The neighbors ran back and forth until 2 am. Phone never worked, even though I reported it. One morning, the free breakfast was not available during the advertised time period- and the clerk was too busy on his cell phone to worry about it. No towels one day. No washcloths on another. It was just amateur at best.

First, it's not a hotel - it's a motel. It's also pretty old and shabby, but its pretty clean. The guys at checkin were nice and accommodating and the cleaning staff is actually very efficient and make the most out of the oldness. If you're looking for a really "nice" place to relax, this probably isn't it. But if you're traveling to the Sunnyvale/San […] Jose/Mountain View area, this is a good place to stay on a budget. Our 'non-smoking' room smelled strongly of smoke, the carpets were filthy, the alarm clock went off in the middle of the night, the ice machine was making ice at 2 or 3 in the morning, making a huge clacking sound, and since we were right under the stairs, we had to listen to feet pounding up and down the stairs all night. I bought a non-smoking room with a king bed. They didn't have any left at check-in, so I got a crappy smoking room with 2 doubles. WRONG.

I like this room becuase it has 2 tables, very convenient for us since we use one for my make-up and the other one for our laptops. Because I don't sleep with pillow so I took both of them away. But when I lie down, there was a bad smell from where the pillows were. It smelled like it never washed after tons of the people slept with hair jell... Ewwww! What's […] more, the next morening around 9:28am, a housekeeper opened my door without knocking, while I had "no disturb" card hanging on my door!!!! (Lucky I was not changing!) Our check-out time was 11am and it wasn't even 10am yet. I didn't know why that housekeeper was so rush when a "no disturb" card was still hanging on the door! Terrible experience! Classic "motor inn" -- a throwback to the glory days of 1950's auto touring! Excellent location, full amenities, clean and quiet, great rates.

Central Silicon Valley location. Clean and well maintained. Lacks flexible computer print-out services. Breakfast was very sparse. All appliances were clean and working properly.

We picked this motel because it was close to Kaiser Hospital for our 7am appointment........ The motel is ok for one night, though we pre paid for a king bed and were given a room with a queen bed. Upon going back to registration we were given a King Bed room in a newer section of the motel..... The Motel is just OK........The room was clean....

Great location, on El Camino Real, but rooms are far enough back that you hear nothing. Simple rooms, simple motel. Nothing fancy, and the price is best around. Staff was friendly and waffles warm. Fast internet, perfect for a business trip.

Excellent value and very clean. No complaints.

All was quite satisfactory with the exception of the breakfast area. Breakfast offerings so-so and we were unimpressed with unsupervised children messing with the food. Fortunately a good restaurant is next door.

Very good stay for the price. No problems. Room was clean. It had refrigerator and microwave. We needed only for one night. We were back on road in the morning.

Staff was friendly and the room was very comfortable. Great price too. I'll be back.
