Overall very satisfied!

This is the second time we stay at this hotel. We had a pleasant experience the first time and decided to return again. We were again pleased with our stay. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The room was ok and the breakfast and afternoon snack was good. Keep it clean and we will continue to return.

My husband and I were very pleased with the Drury Inn in McAllen. As soon as we walked in, we knew we would like our stay. The hotel looked very neat and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful especially Judy and James. They made us feel at home. They explained everything we needed to know about the hotel. This place is always a pleasure to stay at, because of its relatively low cost, helpful staff, and abundant complimentary amenities.

Very accommodating with the morning full breakfast buffet and then the evening happy hour with food also. The staff is very friendly and made me feel welcome and at home. Will definitely stay there again. Looking forward to it.

Outstanding service

Located on the frontage road, this hotel was conveniently located and the staff was very helpful. It had everything I wanted at a price much less then the larger national chains.

I recently spent the night in the Drury Inn in McAllen. I had to make a last minute reservation while on my way down from Corpus Christi to the Valley the evening of my stay. I not only got a great rate, but had a wonderful, inviting room waiting when I arrived late that evening and was treated very courteously by the manager on duty. I've come to appreciate […] the family orientation of the Drury team and always look forward to staying with them when I can. I'd highly recommend them to anyone traveling to a location where they have Drury properties. The Hotel is in a great location directly off the freeway and close to a shopping Mall. Overall it is okay, only that the Shower is small and could be a problem for a big guest.

Nice, clean and well maintained hotel. Better than average breakfast plus free snacks and a cocktail in the evening. Staff is super friendly and efficient.

As my ratings indicate, I was very satisfied with my stay at the Drury in McAllen. The staff are genuinely friendly, accomodating and efficent. My room was well attended to and nothing was lacking, The Drury's breakfast - a real breakfast - is oustanding and they also offer a 'happy hour' appetizers in the afternoon. The Drury rocks!

The staff at this hotel was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The people in my group felt like we were spending the night at a friend's house, not just a hotel. The breakfast and evening social setup was well stocked and offered a good selection of foods. This hotel was wonderul. We really enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the Kickstart dinner and the breakfast served daily. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was not what I was expecting. Atmosphere was comparable to a low end motel chain like motel 6 but with a higher cost per night. It was clean and had a great selection for breakfast but the room was small and not as nice as I was hoping, but the location was great! probably will not stay here again.

Muy bien, en general todo el staff muy atentos pero sobre todo la atención de Stephany que nos atendió en recepción fué excelente.Es un hotel muy cómodo ,tranquilo y accesible en precio.

Mis únicas recomendaciones serían disminuir el ruido de los aires acondicionados que se encuentran al lado de la alberca, debido a que son un poco ruidosos por las noches; y cambiar los edredones de las camas, se ven algo viejos. Por lo demás recomiendo este hotel.

en esta ocacion nos toco muy lleno , tuvimos que desayunar parados.

Por el precio que pagamos me siento totalmente satisfecha con mi estancia en el Drury Inn, regresare al hotel cada vez que vaya a Mc. Allen. La antecion de los empleados es excelente, siempre con una sonrisa, siempre checando si el cliente esta satisfecho. El hotel esta cuidadisimo, en perfectas condiciones, limpio, con un buen mantenimiento, bonito. […] Los cuartos super limpios, camas super comodas, el desayuno perfecto, la amabilidad de todo el personal me hizo sentir como en un hotel de 5 estrellas. Muy comodo y limpio, el servicio excelente y los alimentos tanto en desayuno y por la tarde muy bien. lo recomiendo al 100%.

Es la primer opción que busco cuando voy de compras a McAllen y es un alivio cuando encuentro lugar. Lo mejor es la calidad al precio que tienen.

Es un buen hotel y el precio accesible para lo que ofrecen, muy bién ubicado y el desayuno y cena muy rica

Todos en la familia nos pasamos una muy buena estancia y disfrutamos todos los servicios del hotel. Además está junto al Restaurante The Olive Garden en el cuál cenamos una noche y nos la pasamos super. ¡¡Felicidades por el buen trabajo y gracias!!
