Booked a smoking room only to find out hotel just converted to non-smoking so had to smoke outside, only reason I chose this hotel to begin with. Staff was friendly, overall lobby looked really nice. Got locked out as soon as I got to hotel because they upgraded door locks but missed one that went to patio. In a run down part of town. Hot tub was nice […] at first until people got rowdy and half emptied hot tub and was not re-filled or even clean by 10 am. Was anniversary and contacted hotel to see if something special like flowers in room or something could be done if I paid extra, no one contacted me. Parking lot full of cracks and potholes. The air conditioning in our room was broken, the bathroom lock was broken, there was an extrememly loud fan running constantly in the bathroom. There was no continental breakfast (although kids did eat for free with an adult). I'm not sure on the chlorine ratio in the pool, but it was pretty strong on the eyes.

Booked a non smoking room, received smoking room. Could not change due to availability. Bed was rickety, Bathroom run down, rust, dirty grout ect. Definitely not worth the price asked for.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. We didnt try the breakfast or lunch/dinner, so cant comment on that. They have a bar, pool and a fitness room as well

The room was ok, I paid for a king with sofa bed and there was no sofa bed. The hot tub was not working and the swimming pool water was about 40 degrees, it was too cold to get in it. They also dont provide any kind of breakfast for their guests. If you have children, this is not the hotel for you.

I had 2 rooms. Both parties liked their rooms. We traveled with a baby, so loved indoor pool. I enjoyed my glass of wine in the foyer. Did not eat at restaurant this time, will try it next time. Expensive, dirty, old. I had to call reception to send somebody to change the bed sheets, they didn't put a clean ones. They left the same ones from the last guest. Nesty bed sheets and hair akl iver the bed and room. The worst hotel.

Everything was pretty good. The hotel staff was nice. The only real complaint I had was the fold out sleeper bed was awful uncomfortable so we had to layer it with blankets for the kids to asleep on but other than that it was good for us

Beautiful lobby, nice pool and deck, good hot breakfasts. Beds were like ours at home. Clean rooms. Staff was outstanding even with a completely booked hotel for state convention for the week. Few, minor hiccups with room but quickly resolved with a smile and pleasant staff.

I reserved a non smoking room and what I got was a room that smelled like it had been smoked in.. My son has asthma and we could not stay in that room and all management did was send housekeeping to spray Febreeze in the room. I requested another room it was early enough they could have moved us around but they did not bother.

It was nice and Clean. We had a great time. The pool and out side area were great. Nice people and staff. They gave us direction and helped us with great places to eat and does have a nice resterant right in the hotel.

We were very unfortunate, twice during our stay our room was not made up even though we were returning very late to our room. Our frustration is that because of the way you are organized it was not possible for us to change to another hotel. The experience made us decide to use another means to make our future reservations.

First they sent us to a room that was occupied with young women who were in the process of taking a shower. My older son didn't mind but my young son and the young women did mind. Then the bathroom had peeling wallpaper and mold in the grout of the tile. We came back from a day at the beach to find our room only half way remade. Then when I asked for extra blankets and had to wait another hour, I learned that there was no manager on duty. Was very satisfied with hotel,staff,cleanliness etc including pool. Location suited me as was close to where daughter lives. Others may prefer closer to beach and city but bus service every 45minutes into city was fine when didn't have transport.

If you like working toilets, lights that turn on, A/C that works in 100+ degree weather, DON'T STAY HERE!! We were in room #340, where the bathroom lights did not work, & the A/C did not provide cold air, it just blew room temp air even when i set the temp to 63 degrees. The front desk clerk Amber put us in #341, where the desk lamp & phone were non-operational […] (both plugged in), when we told Amber about these faults in the room, she said there was nothing she could do about it. Later we discovered the toilet didn't flush unless you put your hand in the tank to release the water, this is not something guests should be doing! When I contacted the "hotel manager" Linda, she claimed to have done an "investigation" into our complaints & found that there was nothing wrong with either of the rooms we were booked and that we were liars. She was extremely rude and made threats to not do anything about our needs. Guests should never be yelled at, Linda single handedly ruined our trip and should not be employed in the capacity she was given, she has no class & cuts you off when you try to speak. The rooms all smelled like smoke even though we requested a non-smoking room, the common areas were littered with garbage. We have a 2 yr old and didn't feel like she could use the tiny fungicide infected pool, the restaurant on site was one of the worst to call themselves a restaurant, and EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER in the hotel was the epitome of RUDENESS!!
