Old hotel inmpoor condition. Conveinantly located next to DFW however and is a great place if you have an early flight. Took 5 minutes to get to airport. Very reasonable price, but you get what you pay for

Misleading photos, hotel is old and in very poor condition. Was quiet, which was a plus. Staff seemed ambivalent to anyone. Hotel is literally falling apart, my bath sink was no longer connected to wall and just hanging. Would've been great place 30 years ago. Keep going to adjacent hotels up the street.

Some of the maintenance issues - painting of walls, baseboards, carpet, color of paint, etc were some condition issues. Patch painting was not very professionally done to cover scratches & cracks as well as the color of the paint didn't help in the matter. Yellowish beige - old looking whether it was or not??? Many of the baseboards were wood & had […] not been touched up with paint in some time. Carpet seams raveling in some spots. Lobby was nice though overall. We called before we booked to make sure the mini suit had two double beds (there were 2 adults and 2 teenagers). We paid a little extra for the suit since they told us it did have 2 beds. Upon arrival, they said it only had one and they would down grade us for free....ummm...thanks? We requested extra pillows since the beds only had 1 each (flat, small […] pillows) and the guy at the dest asked me why we needed more. He asked "Are you having a pillow fight" and then told me we could only have 2 extra pillows. The mattresses were old and uncomfortable. They only had 2 towels in the bathroom. it was very bad it smelled like smoke one of the beds were on the floor--the a/c didnt work.....we had 2 rooms and both t/v's were nice but was snowy and hard to see the door lock didnt work most of the time,,,,,no parking.....the only good thing was the location......i will never stay here again

This was LITERALLY the WORST hotel experience I have ever had! I stayed there back in November and I am kind of mad it took me this long to leave this review. On our way to the room we saw a marker written in hotel number by the door after the original sign broke. There was NO hot water whatsoever! they did not even have the courtesy to at least paint […] the stain-ridden wall. It was very obvious the hotel did not get maintenanced often. On top of that when I called to talk to a manager more than once she was always busy or in a meeting and never called back like I was told she would. I would NOT reccommend this hotel to anyone! Really friendly front desk staff but the hotel itself was very very dirty and all of the hallways bore an aweful smell of dirty laundry, smoke and mildew. I had to put toilet paper on my toilet before I woiuld sit on the commode. Pay a few more dollars and go somewhere else.

Great hotel for the price... Don't expect a Embassy Suite or Ritz Carlton, but it's not that bad. Airport pickup took about 30 minutes for the shuttle to come. Had to fight to get my free breakfast, but when I showed them the e-mail, they gave it to me. I had an extended stay for 7 days 6 nights and it was wonderful. Not having to travel far from the hotel to sight-see and eat was a blessing. The bar/lounge at the hotel was so comforting and nice. Thought it was a great price for the location. Stayed in the suite bc of layover. The hotel has a bad smoke smell even on the non smoking level. The room was surprisingly nice and comfortable. Our flight was cancelled and we had to find a place quickly however, I would not stay at this hotel ever again. We should not have checked in however, family did the reservations on line for us so it was already paid for so had to stay. It was terrible- dirty and beds were horrible. DON'T STAY HERE!!!

Absolutely horrible. Restraunt and bar combined. We wanted to get something to eat that night when we arrived but crowd and music loud and cigarette smoke was so thick you could not see inside. We ate snacks from vending machines!! The staff working behind the desk was not rude but not friendly either. We were given a room on the 4th floor to begin […] with. Mirror cracked, drapes falling, (2) lamps did not work, buttons on the phone all but 2 were missing (just holes there) and room was no smoking room but reeked of cigarette smoke. We told front desk we could not stay in this room and would have to go to another hotel. We were moved to a much better room on the 1st floor. I was unable to print our confirmation until we got home. Breakfast was suppose to be included but they told us it would be $4. It was served in that same smokey room. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again. The hotel needs to be totally refurbished and re-modeled. We had stayed there years ago, when it was a Holidome or something like that and it was great; however, this is not the case anymore. The room was nice and the location was great and that was the only thing good about this hotel.
