Great location for tourists, block away from Bourbon St, right on Royal with tons of shops and art galleries to browse through. Right by Canal to catch... public transportation and the Airport bus. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Convenience store across the street, CVS on the corner, Chase Bank on the corner, grocery store a few blocks up, Subway next store, Sandwich shop across the street - every convenience at your reach. Room was clean, good complimentary toiletries, had a room on the 20th floor with a great view of the river and sunrise/sunsets. Stayed here previously back when it was a Holiday Inn, and will stay here again. So conveniently located and so easy to walk in and out at all hours of the night - just remember to have your room key as they lock the front doors after midnight and the keycard is also used for the elevators to access your floors, love the security measures they take. If you forget your key they are very accomodating and will give you another to get to your room. They also have a restaurant attached to the hotel, but didn't eat there - no need to, you're in NOLA, go explore! Also have a pool and fitness center I didn't take advantage of, next time. Free wi-fi in the room, which was great. Wish there was a safe in the room. All of our personal belongings were accounted for, but would have liked to use it for our more valuable items instead of "hiding" them. Overall - great hotel. podľa Caroline, (NYC), dňa 15/05/2013
