nice ,clean, staff friendly,bed comfrey. you could hear the shower running from next door and over head! the drapes didnt close so it was too much sun light!

"Philadelphia Airport Hilton"
From beginning to end, the staff was the absolute best I've ever experienced. Andrew, Tony, Wayne our singing waitress and all I came into contact with made us feel welcome, comfortable and appreciated the entire time we were there. Recently, I experienced the loss of my eldest son. After a brief conversation with one staff member regarding my loss, […] I left the hotel for a short while. Upon my return I found an envelope slipped under my room door. It was a beautiful handwritten card signed by the entire staff offering condolences and best wishes to my family. I was so blessed by this gesture of kindness from the staff of the Hilton. I shall never forget them for the surprising amount of compassion and concern they showed for us as people and not just hotel guests. I would go back just to reunite with the warm, friendly and real people of the Hilton. They brought to life to the phrase "City of Brotherly Love". "Airport Hilton - Charges for parking"
Discovered that since I didn't book directly through the Hilton reservations, I was charged $25 per week for parking. Not that big of a deal - would have cost more at the airport, but it was a surprise.

I certainly chose the right hotel for my overnight at the Hiltoin Airport hotel at Philadelphia airport. Everyone was friendly and always smiling, The room was immaculate and comfortable. I would stay here again with no doubt!

"close to the Wells Fargo Center"
The service was great here, all the people were wonderful. It was nice to have a restaurant and bar right in the hotel (especially when you are not used to downtown driving.) Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Didnt have a bell boy for luggage, even no luggage trolley. The airport transfer was great with a warm welcomed driver. Apart from that, not highly recommended.

Been here before and was happy with my stay except for the lack of wireless internet. This time they have installed wireless internet. Rooms are clean. Lots of amenities and conveniences but our room key kept deactivating so everyday we had to stop by the front desk and ask them to reactivate the room keys. This was really annoying. The rooms are nice but clearly older. Hall carpets need to be replaced and/ or cleaned.

The shuttle bus service should be running every 20 mins, but I had to wait for 40 mins at the airport before one finally arrived to pick me up. When I arrived in my room, the window frame was cracked and showed signs of poor maintenance. However, there was no draft as a result of this. Air conditioning functioned in a strange way, and did not keep […] my room warm, unless I manually raised the temperature setting frequently. It automatically stops and the room becomes cold, and it does not restart to warm up the room. As a consequence, I had to wear a sweater in my bed because my shoulder felt cold overnight. The bathroom was maintained very clean and I have no complaints there. Internet was extremely slow, as some other reviewers have already pointed out. I did not expect it to be this slow though... I think it was of unacceptable standard as a hotel aiming for business travelers. It reminded me of 'dial-up connection' days... Room service breakfast arrived at the requested time, promptly. Some good Some bad - Hotel needed some work - a little worn looking in areas. Shower was great - bed was saggy in the center. Overall was OK.

Our room literally had a hole in wall near the floor and we could see daylight peeping in. There also was damage from a water leak. Not a good experience.

"Not What I Expected From the Hilton!"
I came to this hotel from out of state for the Philadelphia Eagles game. The hotel location is great- took about 5 minutes to get to the sports complex. However-- I was supposed to have a non-smoking room, they put me in a room that they SAID was non-smoking-- I get in there, it STINKS so bad of smoke. I called the front desk, they said "we can have […] housekeeping spray febreeze"?! REALLY?! Finally I was moved to another room and I asked the gentleman how comes the orginal room didn't have a "nonsmoking" room on it like the others- and they said well it "used to be " a smoking room!!!!! CANNOT BELIEVE IT- some people have bad allergies! The carpet was wet in one section, there was dust all over the dressers, the ceiling had spiderwebs in the corner... the bathroom floor was NOT clean. The steak sandwich from the sports bar downstairs was fatty and disgusting. Overall- very disappointed in this stay!! Not what I expected from a HILTON HOTEL!! Ďalšie informácie

"Close to airport and freeways to Philly"
Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. No wireless internet. Wired internet is really slow. Did not hear any noticeable airplane noise. Air conditioner may keep light sleepers awake. Overall I would stay there again.

Room was clean but had an overly clean smell to it perhaps because we checked in at exactly 4. Bed was very comfy and wasn't cluttered with a mass amount of pillows. Best part of stay was the sports bar and bartenders. They were very sociable and gave good service. Beer was ice cold and wings were amazing! Bartender was very tactful with addressing […] rowdy guests staying for a wedding. Common area was very clean and stylish. I enjoyed reading in the lobby in the sitting area near the piano.
